Demons are unpacked souls that are unhappy with their death. There are 3 ranks of demons, from weakest to strongest:

   The strength depends on the scale of their anger, you can get rid of the demon if: calm the demon and it will go away on its own, sunlight (works only in clear weather) or destroy the demon's body, then tear apart its soul with a thin blade.

The gods live high on a mountain beyond the clouds, where humans cannot reach. The heavenly city of Tianjing (天京) stands. Gods change, but rarely.
