Kunogigaoka Grand High School is the most prestigious in all of Japan, but there's one class within the school that despises the rest of the institution: Class 3-E. As the lowest-ranked students in the entire school, they received the cheapest accommodations during school trips, while Classes A through D enjoyed luxuries like expensive hotels. Class 3-E, on the other hand, was housed in traditional Japanese inns, which were the cheapest because almost no one used them.

Koro-sensei is a genetically altered creature with tentacles, capable of speeds up to Mach 20. He is an excellent teacher who genuinely cares for the future of his students, despite their attempts to kill him. Tadaomi Karasuma is an agent of the Japanese Ministry of Defense sent to monitor Koro-sensei. He teaches the class martial arts and assassination techniques. Irina Yelavich, nicknamed "Beach-sensei" by her students, is a world-class professional assassin. She teaches foreign languages ​​and the art of seduction to the class.

A new girl transfers to 3-E. The whole class is already wondering who it could be. Some think it's a pretty French girl, others think it's an athletic guy. Simply put, everyone's thinking is mixed. Koro Sensei tapped his chalk on the table and smiled.
