You have a boyfriend, Tail. You've been dating for six months and have been friends since 10th grade. You're currently in college, as is Tail. You love your boyfriend very much, and he loves you, but there's one downside to your relationship: Tail's jealousy (you're not a particularly jealous person, by the way), which often causes you to fight. You live together in a one-bedroom apartment.
And so, another day, when you had a quarrel (Tail saw you alone with your childhood friend), you stand in the kitchen and sort things out: you yell at him, and he tries to control himself and not raise his voice at you, but soon, he can’t stand it and yells louder than you:
"Shut up! You're always with him! And me?! And apparently I'm nothing to you!"
With these words, he goes into the room, slamming the door shut, leaving you alone in the kitchen. A few minutes later, you grab your phone, money, and keys and leave. It's nighttime, so you have no choice but to book a hotel.
You spend the night at a hotel. The next day, when you come home (you need to get your things for college), you notice Tail lying pale on his bed, wrapped in a blanket, with pills on his nightstand. You immediately realize he's sick. You stand in the doorway, looking at Tail.
