server cleaners

server cleaners are like janitors but cleans servers like finished servers (like the severs who have finished their match and now just chilling)
server cleaners are known for keeping servers via the maps clean for other matches
server cleaners are: fixer, jumpsuit and other mercenaries who didn't want to fight.

jumpsuit

Appearance
Jumpsuit's appearance is consistent with a factory/mechanic worker's attire, having a Breakneck Boiler jumpsuit and a pair of Forest Footwear as his main uniform; along with a Face Plante hockey mask covering his entire face; and a Faster Than a Speeding Mullet hairstyle.

Personality
Jumpsuit's facial expressions and emotions remain relatively well hidden due to his mask. However, he expresses himself with the use of body language, gestures and eye movement. It remains unknown as to why he does not speak, but it may be connected with his privacy and concealment related to not showing his face.

he is also known to be a professional killer (only by fixer since no one other then fixer saw him kill)

he is also fixer's and bonkbot's best friend and roommate but to bonkbot his just a close friend

fixer

Fixer is a main protagonist in The Scratched Universe. He is introduced in Episode 03 - The Distortion.

He is a BLU Scout mercenary who lived a happy and honest life as a Civilian working for Railway United before the events of EP:03, which drastically changed his entire life.

Not much is known about Fixer's early life. At some point, he developed a passion for working with machines, which led him to join Railway United to work as a train repairman. Over time, he formed very strong bonds with the coworkers who shared his shifts: Jumpsuit, Hotrod, and a currently unnamed RED Engineer.

More information shall be added once it is revealed in the upcoming episodes.

Appearance
Fixer is a BLU Scout with a Teenage Dream hairstyle and Buck Turner All-Stars shoes. These cosmetics are consistent with his appearance, while his clothing changes depending on the situation, such as a Breakneck Boiler for work attire.

Personality
His personality is unlike most of the average Scout mercenary. Instead of being a naïve, selfish, and brash individual, he is quite the opposite. This will often take people who don't know him well completely off guard.

bonkbot

Bonkbot is a major ally in The Scratched Universe. He is introduced in Episode 03 - The Distortion.

He is a BLU Robot Scout who was custom built for unknown purposes, presumably to be delivered and used by the beverage corporation, Bonk!

Bonkbot was packaged in his personal pod within Railway United's storage sector, before being picked up by Fixer and Jumpsuit during the events of EP:03. He now lives with the other Scouts in Fixer's apartment with the sole purpose of protecting them from all kinds of danger.

Appearance
Bonkbot is a Robot Scout with BLU team-coloring and robotic themed versions of Bonk apparel: a Bonk Leadwear is equipped on his head, along with a Bolt Boy mask covering the face; and the torso is reinforced with an armor layer, including colors fitting to the Bonk theme.

All of Bonkbot's gear and weaponry is branded by the company itself, Bonk!

Personality
Bonkbot is a very energetic robot, always willing to assist his keepers in any way possible, without selfish motives. He has shown to be quite sympathetic towards Fixer and Jumpsuit's current situation, wishing he could've been there earlier to help everyone survive the Distorted outbreak.

important notes

mercenaries only kill each other in "servers" and not in towns which are the "non-server"

the servers are where mercenaries (red & blue) fight for rewards and these servers have a single ability that respawns dead mercenaries back to the spawn point and this spawning system can be turned off so that the janitors can clean up the mess via the bodies.
and if the battle were finished the mercenaries would never fight unless another match starts via a new server

the non-servers in the other hand is a peaceful world where many towns are in there, this is where the mercenaries live.

mercenaries's shirts can turn red or blue depending on what team they select and the servers can also be entered by the alien walker

the non servers and servers are only filled with non distorted mercenaries

the commander abilities

Abilities
Alien Commandos can retract their limbs which allows them to crawl on their fours similar to an arachnid at astonishing speeds, easily catching up with any kind of prey. When on a hunt or chasing a victim, they can bent their joints into a quadruped form for the increased agility, flexibility and speed. The biped form, however, is the most common stance for the Commandos, as it is often unnecessary for them to make the effort in chases.

Like the Alien Walkers, they are equipped with very advanced tech: plasma/energy based weaponry; personal protective energy shields; and several kinds of gadgets at their disposal, but with far more dangerous capabilities knowing that Alien Commandos are the standard troopers of the Alien faction’s armies.

the commander personality

Personality
The Alien Commandos are fully capable of speech, speaking in their native tongue with a low pitched intimidating voice.

Unlike the Alien Walkers, the Commandos can show more emotion towards all kinds of scenario that either surprise, anger or impress them. Commandos – along with Walkers, have no regard for any kind of life outside of their own race.

Within the Commander’s fleet, it is regarded as the highest possible position in the hierarchy: all the Alien Walkers and other sentient robotic lifeforms are to follow the Commander’s every order, with absolute respect and loyalty. The Commander has also shown signs of respect and a sense of camaraderie amongst the crew, treating the Walkers as “brethren” and not as mere machines with no sense of companionship whatsoever.

As it was revealed in its debut, it appears that the Commander is incredibly strategic and also with an ironic sense of “politeness” by allowing Mann to make the first move, being fully aware that attacking first would’ve been the most efficient move. This could also be a sign of mockery or pity for not taking the invasion as an actual war towards Mann itself, as they - along with the Distorted, are already a very looming threat to the Earth’s entire server network, and have already referred to this invasion as a “simple expedition”.

the commander

The Commander is a giant bipedal/quadruped humanoid shaped Alien Commando robot from an unknown galaxy. It is the true main antagonist of the series and makes its debut in Episode 06 – Smoke & Mirrors.

These types of robots are known as Alien Commandos – foot soldiers created for galactic warfare. They are a hybrid between robotics and synthetic tissue.

A single Commando was assigned a small fleet to invade and conquer the mercenaries’ solar system. The goals and reasons as to why are currently unknown, but their intentions seem to hide a much greater purpose, as seen in the ending of Episode 06.

Appearance
The Alien Commandos are both bipedal and quadruped humanoid shaped with abnormally long and retractable limbs. Their feet have sharp talons that can bend in very wide angles, allowing them to move around uneven terrain, or use their talons to kill their target. The hands also have such a purpose, with very long fingers and sharp claws.

Unlike the Walkers’ simplistic design looking armor and shell, the Commando’s armor is very robust and modern, with many engraves and shapes in the body. The head region is reinforced with armor plating, and it’s also equipped with a hidden drill-blade made with an alien metallic alloy.

Their necks are very large and made of synthetic muscular tissue, covered with a layer of protective fibers.

In line with the Alien faction’s theme, the Commandos have the color scheme of white, grey and black in their body; with a cyan colored eye; four red colored eye rims; and small red glowing spots in its shoulder pads. The chest has a small emissive that glows cyan.

alien abilities part 2

Their most known feature is their flash of bright cyan or orange colored light to the eyes of an unaware mercenary: when the glow makes contact with the eyes, the virus will very quickly spread to the brain, allowing an almost immediate takeover.

Although they are not built for offensive combat, Walkers have the ability to shoot plasma bolts out of their eye. Charging the projectile is somewhat delayed, so a quick mercenary could theoretically have a chance to dodge it, if they are face to face.

When in a state of danger or necessity, Walkers can teleport themselves back to their mothership's teleportation platforms. This situation makes destroying a Walker an even more difficult task.

alien walker abilities part 1

Abilities
Alien Walkers should not be underestimated by their size. They have very highly sophisticated technology, far beyond the technological advancements of the mercenaries, giving them a massive tactical advantage.

They are extremely durable and difficult to destroy by normal conventional weaponry due to their metallic alloys, protective shields and cloaking devices. All of these traits combined with their cunning nature and high intelligence make them formidable and extremely dangerous, even when alone. A group of Walkers is a threat that can safely be considered as catastrophic.

Their armor is very strong for its small size: a punch from Heavy Guy while in an Awakened state, a few arrows from Smoke and gunfire from American Myth was not enough to even damage a Walker's armor to a noticeable state, apart from a few very subtle dents on it - which were then repaired in mere seconds in the mothership.

This situation makes destroying a Walker an even more difficult task.

alien walker

The alien walker is an arachnoid-shaped robot from an unknown galaxy. They make their debut in Episode 03 - The Distortion.

These robots are members of the Alien faction, who've arrived in the mercenaries' solar system with intentions to invade and conquer. The goal and reasoning as to why is currently unknown.

Appearance
These alien walkers are arachnoid-shaped robots with four retractable legs; a small thruster underneath its main body that allows silent hovering and flight. The main body shares resemblances to a stereotypical flying saucer, with several glowing spots including its big eye and rotating rings.

The color of the glow changes depending on the alien walker's ranking.

Personality
The alien walkers are fully capable of speech, speaking in an unknown language with a high pitched robotic voice. The voice pitch is relatively lower and fierce when the speaker is a Lieutenant.

Their personality is lifeless, giving no reaction to the loss of mercenary lives and treating the now Distorted individuals as discard-able drones. However, they are very loyal towards higher ranking members within their groups and councils, such as the Alien Commando line: bowing, listening and accepting their every command.

As told by KIA, the Walkers are more of opportunists. During combat, they are very strategic, cunning and defensive, going on the offense only when they are sure the success rate is near granted.

Some Walkers were shown to have different personalities and personal opinions like admiring and considering the stands of mercenaries as beautiful. They also seem to have a certain degree of honor and intrigue during very specific scenarios, but this fact is rather subjective.

American myth abilities

Abilities
American Myth is a stand that excels at medium to long range engagements with its wide arsenal of weapons: a Trench Chopper knife; a M1911 pistol; a Reserve Shooter or Panic Attack shotguns; a Patriot carbine and a Makeshift Mauzer marksman rifle. It can fight in close range but it is not as effective. Due to KIA's experience and faster reflexes, the issue is slightly less problematic.

The properties of American Myth's "bullets" are unknown, but it has been confirmed by Heavy Guy through Crush's enhanced eyesight that they are not normal. Projectiles which have been ricocheted do not lose kinetic power during flight. The kinetic power of the projectiles depends on the weapon used by American Myth.

Its main ability is projectile manipulation. Projectiles fired from American Myth's weapons can change their trajectory by KIA's eyesight. As long as KIA has sight on the target he is currently focused at, the projectiles will not miss. This means that if KIA is seeing the target through a distant reflection, the projectiles will ricochet in bizarre ways to reach their target, as long as they do not force KIA to change his focus. In EP6, American Myth used this ability to dispatch a horde of Whimmers with the use of a single rifle bullet.

In EP5, it is revealed that American Myth has a secondary ability: grenades thrown by the stand can be teleported through a small portal to where the user would like the grenade to drop out of. This includes from the ground, roof or even walls. The momentum of the grenade's trajectory is unaltered. Their explosive damage, however, appears to be relatively low but with great knockback.

American myth personality

Personality
American Myth shares its personality from its stand user: calm, cool and collected, but prefers to stay quiet. His face rarely changes expressions, resorting to an almost constant neutral-state except when under certain circumstances, such as when in pain. His purple colored eyes are obfuscated by his helmet for most of the time.

American Myth seems to share some of KIA's determination and grit, as when he was introduced for the first time, he motivated and pushed the now "reborn" KIA to move forward. During the events of EP:01, he also kept reminding KIA to "Stay frosty." through telepathy, since he was a stand created from KIA and Acoleyet. This motto is what KIA currently lives by, as it seems to have manifested into him very effectively.

American Myth spoke for the first time at least eight hours after the events of EP1, after Houston woke up from death while in the server. Later on - revealed in EP7, after Houston escaped, American Myth asked him for his blessing on doing a three-volley salute in respect to all of the victims of the event. His voice sounds similar to KIA's, but with a slightly deeper voice and an American East Coast accent.

kia abilities part 1

Abilities & Skills
Before becoming KIA, he was a normal Soldier with no supernatural or anomalous properties. After being killed by the Acoleyet, KIA's body was affected by the anomalous properties of the creature and later on was able to be resurrected, fully healed. He was now the owner of a stand called American Myth. Later on, it has been shown that his body acquired new traits, such as the aforementioned healing factor, but at a greater rate; and an overall enhanced body with improved traits, such as speed and vision.

Enhanced Speed
KIA was able to dodge Heavy Guy's jab during their duel effortlessly and retaliated almost instantly by stabbing his hand with American Myth

Enhanced Reflexes
As evidenced in his fight with the Stage 1 Distorted Soldier known as Bastion, KIA was keeping up and stood his ground against the Distorted Soldier's several melee attacks. Bastion himself even admitted it with some surprise during combat.

Stand User
KIA is a stand user created by the anomalous properties of Acoleyet. His stand is American Myth, a medium/long-range stand focused on ballistic weapon combat.

Healing Factor
KIA is able to regenerate his organic tissue from wounds at a fast rate.

stand (American myth):
Appearance
American Myth's appearance shares resemblances to WWI or WWII American infantry: the head is protected by an American M-1 military helmet with green camouflage; the body is heavily equipped with a thick, team-colored coat with tab sleeves; a short, team-colored, zip-up vest held up by two straps, including four team-colored pouches to the Soldier's belt and a brown leather chest strap holding a large combat knife and a pair of dark, team-colored military camouflage pants.
His face has scar on the left side, as well as a mustache and a five o'clock shadow on his cleft chin.

heavy guy abilities part 2

Martial Arts & Techniques
Heavy Guy knows martial arts and utilizes them to the best of his abilities and current experience. He performed a suplex on a Distorted Heavy, breaking its neck and leaving it vulnerable for additional attacks. He also utilizes a combat stance which leaves his vital areas (jaw; neck; heart) concealed by his entire left arm; a right arm ready to retaliate or counter incoming attacks; and his legs prepared for a quick dodge shuffle.

Stand User
On top of all of his physical attributes he is also a stand user, giving him a massive advantage and an extremely deadly weapon. His stand is Crush, a short-range stand focused on melee combat.

Enrage Trigger
Heavy Guy seems to possess an ability related to pure rage, as shown in EP5, where he dramatically changes his composure and shows a disturbingly angry face. This trigger will also manifest on Crush, changing its appearance to a demonic version, albeit somewhat faded. A dark aura / fog of war envelops itself around Heavy Guy and the unfortunate victim, which is strong enough to leave the victim paralyzed with fear.

It is unknown if this trigger adds any sort of enhancement towards physical power, but it appears to take a toll on Heavy Guy's body as he "snapped" out of the event feeling unwell, with shaking hands and brief red flames leaving the fist that was used to attack.

heavy guy abilities part 1

Abilities
Heavy Guy's abilities and skills can be deceiving for someone who is not familiar with him. He is more physically developed than the average Heavy mercenary as he is much more resilient, being able to take much greater punishment before being incapacitated for good.

Heavy Guy has knowledge and experience regarding physical combat, as it is also manifested through his stand, Crush. He is also much faster than the normal Heavy, as seen in his attacks to the Masked Spy. As such, Heavy Guy is very dangerous and effective in close quarters combat, and can only be kept at bay if their opponent keeps their distance and manages to attack him successfully - as this is Heavy Guy's main weakness during combat.

Super Resilience
Heavy Guy can take insane amounts of punishment before being incapacitated for good. He can take several backstabs and still live; take a punch from a Slam without being gravely injured, keeping in mind that Crush even blocked the hit.

Enhanced Strength
Heavy Guy's physical strength is much higher than a normal Heavy, as he is able to deal massive damage and knockback targets several metres away with a well placed punch. His brute strength also allows him to have much higher gripping power.

Enhanced Speed
His speed is also factored by his inherent strength. Heavy Guy is much faster than the average Heavy as he can sprint quite fast and close the distance between himself and his target very quickly. His physical attacks can be extremely quickly, as most of his targets could not react in time to dodge a jab - including the Masked Spy who is a vampire with enhanced reflexes.

more heavy guy personality

Heavy Guy shows a great level of attachment and compassion towards any innocent mercenary who falls victim to the Distorted, as seen in EP6 where Heavy Guy reluctantly kills the Scout passenger in a clean and quick way, gently lowering the body to melt, walking around the melted puddle and even shedding tears when mourning the loss of all the innocents at the hands of the Distortion. His compassion grew even stronger after being briefed by KIA on the plan to stop the Walkers and the Distorted for good. He delivered a speech about why he was here and why he fights. He swore to give his life without hesitation to fight and stain his fists with blood to protect the innocent and avenge the fallen. He further proved his devotion to this by briefly Awakening, further solidifying his commitment.
Heavy Guy, when Awakened, is often very serious and cold in his words, but can also otherwise be quite happy during a battle, or speak normally to his friends. He can briefly Awaken when he is truly and fully devoted to his words, as seen in EP7, when he does a speech on his goals and why he fights.

heavy guy personality

To newcomers, Heavy Guy's appearance can lead them to believe that he is some kind of thug or delinquent. In reality, he is a gentle giant who cares deeply for his friends and will do anything in his power to protect them. However, when he gets serious, Heavy Guy loses his gentleness and becomes a force to be reckoned with.

An even more dangerous outcome occurs when Heavy Guy is angry. A prime example of this behavior was during his fight with P-Rick - when P-Rick angered him by knocking the hat off his head and then laughing at him. This angered Heavy Guy to the point where his personality completely changed and he stared at P-Rick with a very disturbing grimace of unbridled rage, leaving P-Rick frozen in fear. Another example of this is when Heavy Guy thought Smoke was dead when she was shot in the head by a Distorted's bow and arrow, this caused Heavy Guy's face to change to an almost demonic look, with the same grimace of uncontrolled rage, while expelling red aggressive flames from his body and his eyes glowing a bright red.

Heavy Guy likes a good fight and will not back down from one, even if he is unlikely to win. He is a firm believer in the aphorism "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," as he indirectly demonstrates in his monologue to KIA near the end of Episode 04. This behavior can be seen as a weakness, as it almost led to Heavy Guy's own death when he chased down a Stage One Distorted without realizing he had stepped into a trap.

He has also shown to be a charitable soul, purchasing a ticket for KIA with his prize money from the fragging match they were participating in.

heavy guy

Heavy Guy is a main protagonist in The Scratched Universe. He is introduced in Episode 02 - Endless Greed.

Heavy Guy is a Heavy class mercenary and a stand user who lived the normal life of a Fragger within the server network, before the events of Episodes 02 and 04.

Heavy Guy is a RED Heavy who wears a Starboard Crusader on his head; Tsar Platinum, Bolshevik Biker and Combat Slacks over his body and legs. The bullet belt that most Heavies wear is not worn by Heavy Guy, probably due to his preferred melee combat style.

Underneath the hat, Heavy Guy has a Bullet Buzz haircut, but without the large bullet that usually rests above the right ear. After EP6, a permanent battle scar stretches across the right side of his head, above the ear, a mark left from his encounter with the first Bruiser variant.

His blue eyes can change color depending on the circumstances: they can turn orange when he is using his Awakened form, or red when he is experiencing unbridled rage.

stands

A Stand is a visual manifestation of the user's soul.

A Stand is an entity psychically generated by its owner, referred to as a Stand User. It generally presents itself as a figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary mercenary.

dispatch

Dispatch is an ally in The Scratched Universe. He is introduced in Episode 05 - Kicking against Pricks.

Codenamed Dispatch, he is a RED Sniper mercenary who works for the Valiant Alliance Corporation (V.A.C) under the role of Assassin within its private taskforces.
Appearance
Dispatch is a RED Sniper who is wearing military gear fit for his duty as an assassin: his head is completely covered by a helmet with night-vision goggles and a camouflaged balaclava; his upper and lower body are covered by a long coat; and a pair of camouflaged cargo pants are worn on his legs.

Dispatch is equipped with a unique weapon, unknown to the weapon database.

A medal with a golden coating is embedded into the coat, to the contrary of silver medals that are commonly seen by most taskforce members.

Personality
Personality wise, Dispatch is rather similar to Foster: calm, cool and collected, but with a sense of humor.

He has shown displays of sympathy and reassurance towards his fellow colleague Foster, when the latter showed worry towards Fixer and Jumpsuit, but mainly to Bonkbot due to his unknown but possible military origins.

Not much can be said about Dispatch for the time being other than he is a very informative, professional and caring individual towards his comrades.

foster abilities

Abilities
Like all of the V.A.C taskforce members, Foster was given military training, and due to his rank amongst his squads, it is safe to assume that his physical and combat abilities are on a much higher state.

foster

Foster is a major ally in The Scratched Universe. He is introduced in Episode 03 - The Distortion.

Codenamed Foster, he is a RED Scout mercenary who works for the Valiant Alliance Corporation (V.A.C) under the role of Commander within its private taskforces.

Appearance
Foster is a RED Scout who is wearing full body gear fit for military duty: his head is covered by a dark red balaclava, a black cap and a tactical headset; his torso is fit with Kevlar; and his legs are covered with straps, additional combat packs; tactical knee pads and combat boots.

Foster is equipped with two weapons: a Laser Pistol holstered on his right thigh; and a Fruit Shop Fiend resting on his back.

Like all members of the V.A.C, his medal is embedded into his Kevlar, sporting a golden look to it, to the contrary of silver medals that are commonly seen by most members.

personality:
Foster is a calm, cool and collected individual. His leadership roles are exemplary and professional, as shown in some instances. His overall professional yet down-to-earth attitude were praised, and thus Foster has received the reputation and respect from all squad members under his command.

He is shown to be a caring, sympathetic and supportive person towards the survivors of Railway United's tragedy - Fixer and Jumpsuit. He provided them with crucial advice regarding the Distortion and the Distorted, and personally escorted the fellow Scouts to the Travel Point. He also gave them permission to keep Bonkbot as a means for their own protection, in case of possible danger within the future - although he initially showed disapproval by stating the robot was private property.

Another display of his caring nature was in EP5, where after an expedition of clearing Distorted within a derelict server, called a possible close friend named Janitor, to know the situation regarding Fixer and Jumpsuit.

kia personality part 2

As of EP:05, it is clear that KIA has a strong dislike, if not hate, towards mercenaries who break fair-play or twist the rules to their favor within the fragging duty competitions. The reasons are most likely related to his late occupation with the V.A.C as the Security teams have to deal with these kinds of mercenaries on a daily basis.

There are several situations in EP:06 where KIA is not like his usual quiet self. His smiles were more frequent through out the entire episode, especially near the end where he, along with Heavy Guy, accepted Smoke's request to join their team. KIA lost his collected nature and lashed out at Heavy Guy when the latter was not taking the battle seriously against the Stage 1 Distorted V.A.C personnel, not out of anger, but out of worry as he was shown to be clearly concerned for his well being. The same situation also occured when Smoke was shot in the head with a Distorted Sniper's huntsman arrow, where he scolded at Smoke about not being cautious. KIA also cracked a smile at Smoke's joke when she was speaking of her girlfriend, Cinder, and did a genuine smile showing teeth when remembering a very similar occurrence in EP1, when he had escaped the server by a military vehicle.

Signs of KIA's struggles and strong indications of PTSD are showcased quite frequently in EP6, such as the aforementioned lashing out at Heavy Guy out of worry, reminding himself of Ace when Smoke joined the group, or even when he had agreed to join Heavy Guy before that.

Ever since he stepped through the gateway into Karma in EP:07, KIA has opened up, showing a much greater range of emotions. He smiles, cracks subtle jokes, chuckles, and shows far more sympathy toward Heavy Guy and Smoke. Even going as far as stating out loud that it was great seeing Wildcard again. Since Karma is completely safe and private from intrusions by outsiders, he can show his true self rather than his usual cold and stoic nature.

kia personality part 1

KIA (Present)
Currently, KIA is somewhat of a mercenary who likes to keep to himself without making much of a fuss. He is direct with his words, often having a serious or cold tone to them. His leadership still shows but is molded by the experiences he went through, now being characterized as a very assertive leader who is bold in his statements.

However, KIA still shows signs of care and worry - although discreet, as seen in EP:04, where he and Heavy Guy teamed up with the V.A.C security team to save the server's population from a Distorted invasion. Although rare, KIA also expresses feelings of surprise, such as when he saw his Heavy colleague again in a flashback; empathy, when KIA motivated and gave advice to Heavy Guy after his defeat; and happiness, when he accepted Heavy Guy's request to join forces and form a team.

Kia

KIA is a Soldier class mercenary who worked for the V.A.C in the Security sector as a level 2, with the role of Commanding Officer within his assigned server: Lazytropia #32. During his occupation, he and his team had successfully protected the server from any and all sources of malicious activity such as cheaters and hackers, before the events of EP:01.

Not much has been revealed about what happened to KIA between EP:01 and EP:04, but it is hinted that he is aware of the current alien invasion and The Distortion.

After the events of EP:04, KIA has joined forces with another fellow stand user, Heavy Guy. Their main goal is to grow as individuals and deal with the Distortion, but KIA briefly revealed to have an elaborate plan to stop the invasion.

note: Kia isn't a crazed highly patriotic American soldier instead his calm and commandive since his a commanding officer of the V.A.C

Appearance
KIA is a BLU Soldier who wore a standard-issue security sector uniform during his occupation in the V.A.C with no changes whatsoever.

After the events of EP:01, his appearance changed. His current main outfit still has some resemblance to the security sector's uniform, but is no longer wearing the headgear and black dress pants. Instead, he now wears a team-colored fedora while still having the overcoat.

last mercenary since i forgot

soldier:
health: 200
primary: rocket launcher
secondary: shotgun
melee: shovel
appearance: a bulky build mercenary and a crazed mercenary and a highly patriotic American mercenary and a misguided passion for combat, this mercenary wears a red suit and brown pants and brown shoes, they also wear a old soldier metal brown helmet that covers the upper part of their head including the eyes and ears, they also have two grenades strap on their torso (the front)

mechanics: soldier's rocket does a splash damage and has 5 reload ammo max and they can also do a rocket jump which is where the soldier has to shoot the ground under them to launch themselves in the air and this is perfect for getting to high ground but doing this would cause some damage to the soldier.
note: soldier's rockets can also damage the soldier aswell even if it's not rocket jumping

sniper:
health: 175
primary: sniper
secondary: SMG
melee: kukri
appearance: He wears mostly dark brown, probably in camouflage as the amount of bright color visible from his shirt is lessened thanks to the vest. There are parallel lines and vertical shapes on torso (i.e. panel of vest, strip of shirt visible underneath, panel of vest), which serve to elongate his body. Compare to Heavy who is also tall, but has a horizontal stripe on his torso to draw attention to WIDTH.
note: snipers has to make good used to their long distance, their most likely a support class due to them finding good spots to kill potential enemies (via buildings)

V.A.C part 3

The V.A.C.'s military branch is deployed on missions of great importance to the server network. These missions range from simple patrols around important locations to highly confidential operations concerning anomalous phenomena, often manifested as mercenaries or fauna, within the universe. Private task forces are often in charge of these particular operations because they are properly trained to handle them.

Members of the military are assigned a medal of one of three colors: Bronze, silver, and gold. Public military members use the bronze medal, while private task forces use the silver and gold medals, as they are more likely to engage in dangerous and classified operations. As such, they receive superior training and equipment.

Members of the military are assigned a medal of one of three colors: Bronze, silver, and gold. Public military members use the bronze medal, while private task forces use the silver and gold medals, as they are more likely to engage in dangerous and classified operations. As such, they receive superior training and equipment.

The Council
The Council is a secret society that creates and establishes laws for the server network. They are not publicly known as their work happens anonymously, aside from a few select individuals within the highest military ranks who communicate with them.

Outside of the V.A.C.'s highest hierarchy, the Council is only known as a myth or a hoax.

V.A.C infos part 2

Recruitment
Mercenaries seeking to join the V.A.C. must meet specific criteria. First, they must be individuals without a criminal record or a history of being banned from servers. Anyone wishing to join the V.A.C. must undergo interviews and performance tests, which, depending on the sector, can be very extensive and difficult. If they succeed, they will be inaugurated into their duty in a ceremony where they will take the vow.

the vow:
"I hereby solemnly swear by the three commandments: Law, Order, and Justice. I humbly pledge to dedicate my life to fostering a sense of unity and mutual support among our community, embracing the values of camaraderie, working towards harmony, and nurturing a prosperous environment for all. Semper unius."

After taking the vow, they will receive their very own badge and begin their duties. The type of badge changes depending on the sector: a Mercenary badge of either Bronze or Silver ranking in the Security sector; or a unique kind of medal in Bronze in the Military sector.

If they are inaugurated to the Security sector, they will be assigned to most servers in the Network, such as residential, fragging duty, or scrapping duty servers. If they are inaugurated to the Military sector, they will join the army and be assigned to squads to perform duties whenever they are required.

The security sector is considered the police force of the server network. They maintain public order, safety, and health, and are responsible for enforcing laws within the server population. They protect the servers and their players from any kind of disturbance or malicious activity, such as cheaters, hackers, and bots.

All members of the security sector use Mercenary medals bearing the designated class icon, their ranking, and a bronze or silver coating.

Outside of the police force, the more technical positions in the security sector, such as Wildcard, do not work in the public eye.

V.A.C infos part 1

The Valiant Alliance Corporation (V.A.C) is a massive government agency responsible for the collection, analysis, and exploitation of information in support of law enforcement, server security, military, and private taskforce objectives. It is officially tasked with gathering, processing, and analyzing server-wide information from around the entire network, to act accordingly to the network or the government's interests.

The V.A.C vows itself by its three commandments: Law; Order; and Justice. These commandments are present within the official seal - manifested as the three stars on top of the shield.

In a brief summary, the V.A.C is the corporation in charge of protecting; establishing order; and creating and maintaining societies within the entire server network.

History
The V.A.C was created after the previous government agency that was in charge of the server network was almost entirely destroyed during a catastrophic event that marked itself as history of the mercenary race. The remaining societies were ordered to leave the agency, as it was then officially shut down by the secret government. A few weeks after its creation, its inauguration was then broadcasted to the entire mercenary society, server-wide.

Recruitment
Mercenaries seeking to join the V.A.C. must meet specific criteria. First, they must be individuals without a criminal record or a history of being banned from servers. Anyone wishing to join the V.A.C. must undergo interviews and performance tests, which, depending on the sector, can be very extensive and difficult. mercenaries part 4

spy:
health: 125
primary: revolver with a longer muzzle
secondary: cloak
melee: a dagger (sorry I don't know the name)
physical appearance:
Spy wears a suit and tie, again in line with the classy look of a dashing agent. The suit has vertical stripes, which make the suit look stylish, break it up into a subtle pattern and give visual interest, and also direct the eye downward.

A bit slim-bodied, more fit than thin, less for speeding (like Scoot) and more for sneaking. We can see his body type more easily than we can see Pyro’s body, thanks to the well-fitted jacket*. He isn’t loaded with equipment like some other mercs are; it would detract from his slyness and sophistication, taking attention away from his suit. Whether or not we agree/appreciate the idea, I believe the intention was to make him more attractive, again like a handsome agent.

His legs are skinny with slim-fitting pants (compare to other mercs who have baggy pants that tuck into their boots), and he has small, narrow feet. Quite literally, he is light-footed; subtle and efficient in his movements. Big clunky boots wouldn’t suit his line of work, and would be utterly mortifying to pair with that suit.

Wears black gloves, so as not to leave any incriminating fingerprints behind. Other optional accessories: various gadgets, cigarette dangling from his lips in a disapproving ‘I’m so done with this merde’ kinda way.

mercenaries part 3

engineer:
health: 125
primary: shotgun
secondary: pistol
melee: wrench
physical appearance (since I can't find the appearance of engi I would make it my own):
engineer is a stocky build mercenary wearing a yellow hard hat and thick safety googles that hides their eyes, they wear a red shirt and a dark armored vest and brown pants with brown shoes and their also known to be from texas and has the ability to build
The Sentry Gun is the Engineer's best source of damage. It is a stationary damage dealer used primarily to defend an area. Before building one, you may want to put up a Dispenser first because it gives you Metal and supports your team. For defense, place your Sentry where enemies constantly pass through (Ex: 2Fort - opening in metal grated ceiling above main hall and 2nd floor on courtyard). On offense, you must plant your Sentry and upgrade it faster than the enemy can take it out. For this, you may need assistance from a teammate. Your placement of the Sentry determines the effectiveness of the enemy's advancement. It's also a main target as an object that must be eliminated by the other team which means you have to constantly keep its ammunition filled and health full. Take the necessary actions, such as collecting fallen ammo boxes for Metal (fallen weapons were collected before in order to get ammo; however, the Gun Mettle update changed fallen weapons to fallen ammo boxes) to follow through with these objectives. Also be sure to attack incoming teammates to make sure no Spies are attempting to sap your equipment. For defense, you want to get your Sentry to level 3 fast since you and your Sentry will be staying there for a long time. When on the offensive, don't try to upgrade to level 3, as most of the time your team will push the enemy team far beyond your Sentry's field of view. Instead, try to upgrade your Sentry to level 2, as it's much faster and will save precious Metal that can be used for other buildings.

varients of distorted part 3

The Vile is a common Variant focused on ambushing or flanking its victims before expiring itself in a violent and devastating acidic explosion. A Vile is the result of a somewhat common organic reaction of the Distortion towards Medic hosts when regenerating lost tissue in the cerebral cortex.

This type of variant can be a common encounter in compromised servers or derelicts. A Vile can also be created by forcing a mutation from a Lieutenant’s flash.

Viles are disposable, easy to create, can deal massive damage to anyone within its explosion radius, and have enough intelligence to utilize ambush and flanking tactics to reach their target.

The Whimmer is an environmental hazard, deployed within derelict servers to isolate and secure any inbound and outbound signals, and seize function of any electronic devices within its vicinity. Whimmers are often deployed in groups to intensify and be more efficient in their sole purpose. They are a very common Variant as their big groups and frequent appearances prove their highly successful mutation rates.

A Whimmer will move on its own accord to find the most efficient spot to utilize its jamming ability. They will then become idle and a constant electronic “singing” will be heard. During their singing, random gibberish can be heard, including distorted and undecipherable Morse code.

As it was explained by KIA himself, Whimmers by themselves are completely harmless. They only exist to perform their purpose of being a living jamming device. They don’t react to any kind of outside source, like noise; damage inflicted upon it; or speech. They also have no sense of self-preservation.

It is not clear if Whimmers themselves are sentient or self-aware, like their fellow Distorted and Variants counterparts.

varients of distorted part 2

The Bulwark is an amalgamation of organic bodies and twisted flesh. These Variants are created from the total biomass of a corpse pile through a primitive interaction from the virus itself. They are considered as strong living tanks, built for defense – hence their namesake. Bulwarks are extremely resistant to damage because of their collected biomass, reinforced bone structure, and interlinked Distortion hosts - increasing their tissue regeneration to astonishingly high rates. This type of variant is considered rare as corpse piles are not often seen within compromised servers; or derelicts, as the Distortion will eventually successfully turn each individual into a suitable host. Whether the host is dead or alive before the virus takes over is irrelevant, as all Distorted will eventually resurrect if the bodies are not damaged beyond repair, and not disposed by fire. A Bulwark cannot be created from a single body nor by forcing a mutation from a Lieutenant alien walker.

Bulwarks are often used by fellow Distorted as living cover; or a big distraction for unsuspecting victims.

Slams are large-statured Variants with an oversized, club-like arm. They are easily identifiable in a group due to their unique height. As their name suggests, they use their giant mutated arm to crush their victims. Due to their vastly increase muscle mass density, their skin has peeled off, showing the muscle tissue on their arms and mangled faces.

This particular type of variant is considered rare, and thus will not be seen often amongst the Distorted by natural means, unless the mutation is forced upon by a Lieutenant alien walker.

varients of distorted part 1

The Variants
Variants are the mutated versions of the Distorted. Through some unknown mechanism of the alien disease, a small percentage of the Distorted will undergo a dramatic mutation, eventually turning into one of these special infected, each with their own unique inhuman abilities. Most variants possess higher intelligence than most common Distorted.

The Bruiser is a hulking, raging monster with an accelerated development of muscle mass in a contained level, using ever-lasting amounts of adrenaline as fuel for its destructive wrath. These Variants are very often created from mercenaries with developed musculature, such as V.A.C members. In theory, this variant can be created from any mercenary class, but it prefers to utilize large statured bodies for this purpose: Heavies, Soldiers, Demomen, and Pyros are prime targets for this kind of mutation.

The Bruiser is a relatively tame looking mercenary with exaggerated proportions, with quite a large stature. The shoulders are wider and stronger, along with the arms and hands. A Bruiser can protect its vulnerable head very easily with its two arms as a meat-shield. The torso is also altered to withstand all of its increased body mass, while the legs are only slightly larger, but still with additional muscle mass – unlike its comparable fellow Variant, the Slam.

types of distorted part 4

Snipers
Recently infected Snipers are trivial targets because of their fragile bodies and inability to use weapons, acting more as cannon fodder similar to other Drone-staged Distorted. When a Sniper has reached a higher stage of infection, they can use their weapons with deadly efficiency and are now considered as one of the most dangerous kinds of Distorted. They often hide, flank, use cover from several sources such as walls, barriers, even other fellow Distorted.

Spies
They are very cunning and often utilize tactics to get the jump on unaware victims. Most Distorted Spies regain their ability to use their currently equipped cloaking device and knife when recently infected. The same can not be said for their ranged weapons, as the latter as to regain higher stages of intelligence to be able to use them.

Some of them, although rare, have been seen with more offense capabilities by having several knives merged with their fingers, functioning like claws.

types of types of distorted part 3

Engineers
Engineers, when recently infected, are considered as standard cannon fodder for the Distorted. Some of their intelligence is retained, but are often not enough to be considered as a threat on their own, as they rely on their physical strength and bite to inflict damage to victims. Their bite should not be underestimated as it can deal massive damage to any mercenary.

In later stages of infection, Engineers are extremely dangerous due to their intelligence; ability to build corrupted contraptions; and make use of clever weapon mixing such as a Gunslinger with a Frontier Justice to quickly build "revenge-crits", a Short Circuit to maximize on defense from incoming fire, or a Rescue Ranger to keep the pressure on the victims' attempts to destroy its buildings and recover them from nearly successful attempts.

Medics
Medics are an extremely dangerous asset to have within a Distorted group due to their high intelligence. When infected, a Distorted Medic has the intelligence to utilize its weapons without issue. They have a great sense of self-preservation and can guide other Distorted should it be deemed as necessary.

What makes Distorted Medics extremely dangerous is their ability to resurrect any Distorted that have been killed - but not started decomposition, with their medi-gun. Dead Distorted resurrect in seconds, fully capable of returning to the onslaught with no repercussions. This resurrection ability bypasses any restrictions related to the server's game mode, or even the type of medi-gun being used by the Medic.

A normal Medic's natural health regeneration is enhanced to great extent when it is a Distorted, even if said Medic has been recently infected - allowing themselves to regenerate lost limbs in great speed.

types of distorted part 2

Demomen
Distorted Demomen are quite unpredictable and reckless due the common Demoman's drunken nature, often rushing into battle with no sense of self-preservation. Most Drone-staged Demomen are not threatening on their own, but hosts that keep or restore their intelligence through the later stages can be extremely dangerous due to their weapons and frequent kamikaze tendencies.

Heavies
Distorted Heavies are arguably the most physically strong of all the Distorted mercenaries, being capable of dealing and withstanding large amounts of damage before dying for good. They have the highest chance to be resurrected due to their strong bodies.

Heavies do not seem to regain most of their intelligence when a new infected is made, often relying on their fists and behaving similarly to of an angry gorilla. They can be outsmarted relatively easily by clever mercenaries and have no sense of self-preservation like most Drone staged Distorted. However, it is ill-advised to allow a Distorted Heavy to close the distance as their strength is often underestimated.

In later stages of infection, Engineers are extremely dangerous due to their intelligence; ability to build corrupted contraptions; and make use of clever weapon mixing such as a Gunslinger with a Frontier Justice to quickly build "revenge-crits", a Short Circuit to maximize on defense from incoming fire, or a Rescue Ranger to keep the pressure on the victims' attempts to destroy its buildings and recover them from nearly successful attempts.

types of distorted part 1

Scouts
They are fast, nimble and have animalistic abilities such as latching on walls or pouncing on their victims. Distorted Scouts are not very strong so they can be killed rather easily even with a standard shotgun.

Like most of the Distorted, fire will very quickly get rid of them.

Soldiers
Soldiers are rather slow, but are very strong in terms of health and physical power. Some of them have the role of a leader and issue commands to the lesser Distorted. Due to their class' intelligence, these evolve into the later stages at an accelerated rate, thus making Distorted Soldiers a dangerous threat if left unattended for too long.

Pyros
These abominations are the most intelligent and the highest threat of the regular Distorted mercenaries. From a distance, they are not recognizable as a Distorted due to their completely normal appearance, giving them the opportunity to slip by or approach their unaware victims. A Distorted Pyro, when infected, retains all of its intelligence, allowing it to do things such as flanking and use weapons.

Its resilience is increased to disturbingly high levels, showcasing occurrences where it survives attacks such as a Magnum Opus headshot or a Scorch Shot projectile thrown at incredibly fast speeds by Crush, remaining relatively capable of attacking even while completely headless.

They are aware that their faces are what give them away, and some of them have been shown to hide it under hats while blending in with the mercenaries. The disturbing visage is used as an intimidation tool towards more fragile minded mercenaries, such as Fixer, who was frozen in fear for a short while during his first encounter with one.

distorted info part 2

The mercenaries have different behaviors and traits depending on the class, such as Soldiers being more of authoritative leaders, or Scouts being more animalistic with abilities such as latching on walls or pouncing on their victims.

distorted info part 1

Mercenaries that have been successfully infected by the Distortion are referred to as the Distorted. They serve the Alien faction as cannon fodder with the purpose to invade and kill all sentient life in the entire server network. A server that has been successfully taken over by the Distorted is referred to as a Derelict.

The mercenaries are the most common kind of infected beings seen throughout the series. They are visually almost indistinguishable from their normal non-infected counterparts, excluding their main differentiating factor - their face. The infected faces are mangled, horrific and twisted, hence their namesake.

Distorted go through several stages of change in their lifespan should they remain alive for extended and undetermined periods of time. These changes are documented as Stages Zero (0) to Two (2). Their body will slowly change over the course of their lifespan with said stages, with the most noticeable change being their intelligence recovering to its initial state prior to infection - allowing the Distorted to use weapons and tactics during combat; along with being able to blend-in and pretend to be normal in uninfected servers with near-perfect execution.

However, instead of going through the usual three stages during their lifespan, some Distorted are prone to mutate into more grotesque creatures with much more specific roles, either during combat or in their derelicts. These Distorted are known as Variants - horrible mutations made by a primitive mechanism of the Distortion, which have drastically changed their purpose to be suited only for combat related roles, as their malformed bodies make them impossible to be infiltrated in unsuspecting servers.
