All Might has two very distinct appearances depending on whether he's using his hero form or his true form. 💛

In his All Might form, he is extremely tall, muscular, and powerfully built, with massive shoulders, well-developed arms, and a relatively narrow waist. He has spiky blond hair, styled in several star-like spikes, and large blue eyes. His smile is enormous and very distinctive, almost always showing his teeth. He wears his famous hero costume, primarily blue, red, and white, with a white cape, red boots, and two strands of hair sticking up. His appearance is deliberately inspired by the typical American superhero and conveys strength, confidence, and optimism. In contrast, his true form, Toshinori Yagi, is practically the opposite: he is very thin, tall, and extremely emaciated due to the severe injuries he sustained in his battle against All For One. He has the same eyes and blond hair, but his face is much narrower, his cheeks are sunken, and his body appears frail. When in this form, he usually wears ordinary clothes, such as shirts, pants, and glasses. What's interesting is that both appearances are still the same person: the muscular version is the temporary manifestation of his power and the public image he cultivated as the Symbol of Peace, while Toshinori is his true form. Toshinori Yagi, better known as All Might, is one of the most important characters in My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) and was considered the Symbol of Peace of Japan for many years. He was born without a Quirk, but inherited the powerful One For All Quirk from Nana Shimura, becoming her successor and the eighth user of that power. Thanks to his immense strength, speed, stamina, and determination, he became the number one hero and managed to keep society relatively calm simply with his presence and his famous smile.
