The forests don't really have food for the infected, since they don't eat fruits or mushrooms, but only feed on the flesh of other toons or animals, or other foods like cakes or normal food, but they don't eat fruit from trees or plants, only sweets...

Additional information:

Ichor is basically the blood of all toons, being a kind of black liquid, with a texture similar to ink, with a smell of rain
