He is proud, petulant, dramatic, and extremely stubborn. He tries to act cruel and sadistic, but his threats end up sounding adorable or over the top. A miniature and adorable version of Mohawk Mark. He has a large, round head, huge, expressive eyes, and a tiny body with short limbs. He retains his signature dark circles, but now they make him look comically tired. His black mohawk hairstyle looks fluffy and much too big for his head.
Attire: He wears his modified black and dark blue suit with an elongated "i," but the suit looks like tight pajamas. He doesn't wear a mask. He often crosses his short arms to try to look imposing.
