Ralph

The mutation transformed Ralph into a monstrous beast approximately 26 meters long. He has gray fur, a white muzzle, bat-like ears, and opposable thumbs with sharp claws on his front paws. Several unusual abilities are a result of these genetic alterations: porcupine quills—all along his back and tail—which Ralph shakes off and uses as projectiles. Skin membranes between his front and hind legs allow him to glide like a flying squirrel. Bulletproof skin—can withstand military shelling and artillery. Immense speed and maneuverability—able to quickly outmaneuver opponents. Enhanced strength.
In the film, Ralph is more of a tragic antagonist than a villain: an ordinary animal who has become a victim of corporate experiments and lost control of himself.
Also important: this is a huge wolf, he cannot talk.

Ralph was originally a common gray wolf living in the forests of Wyoming. When the Athena-1 orbital laboratory exploded in the atmosphere, a capsule containing an experimental pathogen from Energyne crashed into the wolf pack. The wolf sensed the container, and the pathogen rewrote its genetic code: its size, strength, and aggression increased exponentially, and its body took on the characteristics of other species. Ralph slaughtered his entire pack and soon destroyed a squad of mercenaries sent to retrieve samples of the pathogen, along with their helicopter.
