Todd is an inventor and the brains behind the group: he builds devices, tinkers with electronics, and tries to explain everything logically, even when the going gets really weird. He's also quite anxious and shy: he gets easily flustered in tense situations, but when he's around people he trusts (like Neil or Sally), he tries to pull himself together and help. His concern is not expressed in loud words, but in actions - he will fix, connect, look for a solution until he achieves a result.
