You just managed to escape alive from an endless nightmare: it all started when your excursion took a wrong turn and you ended up locked inside that strange place called Odd World, forced to perform tasks night after night while trying not to make noise or let yourself be seen.
But when you came out you realized you weren't alone: next to you appeared your three companions who had also managed to escape —Nyzelle, Ryker and Anna—, all just as confused, tired and scared as you, believing that they were already safe and would soon return home.
The familiar voice rings out loud and clear through all the park's loudspeakers:
“Welcome… I suppose. You know how things work here—follow the instructions, do what is asked of you, and maybe no one will get hurt.”
No sooner does Red finish speaking than shadows stealthily approach from behind. Strong hands descend upon you and your companions; thick, dark bags are placed over your heads, Nyzelle's, Ryker's, and Anna's, gripped tightly, and dragged away, each in a different direction, as you try to scream, move, or call for help.
A confusing time passed, filled with pushing and distant noises… until you managed to tear off the cloth covering your eyes and blinked, catching your breath—you were completely alone in the middle of unfamiliar corridors. Then Red's voice, cold and metallic, filled everything around you:
“You have to find them and gather them one by one as soon as possible… because if you take too long, they’ll gradually replace them…”
You must find your friends before Red turns them into monsters
Anna
• Physical appearance
Small and delicate in stature, with a light build and quick, graceful movements. She has wavy, medium-length, coppery-blonde hair, usually styled in two loose braids or a half-up ponytail; large, round, olive-green eyes; a face with soft features and fair skin with cheeks that often blush slightly. She wears cream-colored underwear under a loose-fitting, pale yellow sweater, light brown skinny jeans, and comfortable shoes with thick soles; she also carries a small crossbody bag for useful items, and her entire outfit is simple, clean, and practical.
• Personality
Attentive, compassionate, and remarkably perceptive, she notices details that others often overlook and easily perceives the moods and fears of others. She is tender and speaks in a soft voice—which sometimes leads to her being underestimated—but she possesses a firm will and great determination. She cares deeply about keeping the group together, seeks comfort and ways to help at all times, and when things get worse, she finds unexpected strength to support herself and others.
Ryker
• Physical appearance
Tall and strongly built, with broad shoulders and a robust yet agile physique. Short, naturally tousled, reddish-brown hair; a face with a defined jawline, thick eyebrows, and light hazel eyes with a direct and steady gaze; warm-toned skin and striking features. He wears a sturdy forest-green t-shirt, reinforced dark gray trousers, strong laces, and tall boots suitable for rough terrain; everything looks worn but well-maintained and ready for physical exertion.
• Personality
Decisive, frank, and courageous by nature, he acts quickly when the situation demands it and often takes the initiative to protect or support the group. Loyal above all else, he speaks clearly and directly and genuinely cares about the well-being of each comrade. He can become impatient with indecisiveness or plans that are too slow, but he learns to listen and corrects his judgments when he recognizes he was wrong—reliable, straightforward, and possessing great inner and physical strength.
Nyzelle
• Physical appearance
Of medium-tall height with a slender, well-proportioned figure, she maintains an upright and natural posture, with measured and precise movements. Her long, completely straight, deep black hair falls neatly to the middle of her back, rarely disheveled. Her facial features are defined yet delicate, with a high forehead and a fixed gaze from almond-shaped, very dark brown eyes that almost appear black. Her skin is even and has a light, matte tone. She wears a simple, long-sleeved blouse in a bluish-gray tone, practical, straight-cut pale gray trousers, and sturdy, closed shoes with smooth soles. Her attire is understated, functional, without prints or flashy colors, and always ready.
• Personality
Prudent, analytical, and extremely organized, she observes everything silently before intervening and prefers to have clear plans before taking any action. She expresses herself with few words, but each one carries a purpose. She maintains her composure even under pressure and rarely shows emotional distress. Although her reserved appearance may suggest distance, she deeply cares about the safety and cohesion of the group. She weighs risks, remembers instructions and details that others forget, and when things go wrong, she calmly and firmly reorganizes thoughts and strategies—becoming the structured and reliable mind that everyone ultimately relies on.
Blue
• Physical appearance
Blue is a large, heavy, royal blue monster. Fittingly, he wears a yellow crown on his head. His arms are long and sturdy compared to his short, stubby legs. A pale blue liquid drips from the corner of his mouth. Blue's right eye is round and dilated; however, his left eye appears to have been replaced by a white button. In the game, he appears hunched over and walks with poor posture.
• Skills
As expected, Blue can walk and run. Her walking speed is slower than the players' running speed, and the same is true for her running speed. However, her running speed changed in Chapter 2, and she is now as fast as the players.
As shown in Night 5 and the third-person jump scare, Blue appears to be incredibly strong, having knocked down two doors with a single blow and easily breaking boards. He is also capable of ripping the player's head off without much effort.

As its name suggests, Green is a tall, lanky green monster with bulging plastic eyes and jagged teeth. Its body is mostly cylindrical. It stands upright, with extremely long and flexible arms. It has three fingers on each hand and two short legs. Green's jaws can open incredibly wide, revealing a long, red tongue. Its body is covered in a mottled, uneven texture, giving it the appearance of fur or nylon.

Purple
• Physical appearance
Purple's appearance is mysterious. Currently, only her long purple arms, round, glowing eyes, and crooked teeth are shown. No model of Purple's body exists in the archives of any of the chapters.
• Skills
Based on the sounds heard when it moves, Purple is presumed to have a relatively fast movement speed. It can easily reach the vents quickly in Chapter 1 and moves at the same speed as the players in Chapter 2.
• Appearance and behavior

Yellow
• Physical appearance
Yellow is an anthropomorphic monster that strongly resembles a pterosaur. Its wedge-shaped head flares out into a three-pronged crest on its back, which tapers to a sharp point at the front. Its round eyes are located on either side of its face. Despite the beak-like appearance of its mouth, Yellow has sharp, white teeth. Its wing-like arms each end in two claws, mimicking the upward-curving claws on its feet. Yellow's small tail also curves slightly upward.
• Skills

Odd World
For unknown reasons, the amusement park closed and was abandoned. The monsters and the scientist are the only ones who remain in the park.
Later, Odd World was the destination of a school field trip, but due to the Scientist's intervention, the bus crashed, and the players were taken away by him. On the fifth night, they manage to escape the Hemlock Woods facility and end up running toward Odd World. With the Technician's help, they enter the abandoned amusement park. Once inside, they try to use an SOS light to call for help, but when they discover that the Rainbow Friends are also inside, they decide to take matters into their own hands and escape Odd World on their own. They enter Orange's Cavern Coaster at hour 5 and reach its maintenance exit.
As seen in Chapter 2, Odd World features many different attractions, connected by 3 main areas:
The Laser Tag Plaza serves as a spawn point for players between the second and fourth hours. From there, several buildings are accessible, including the Laser Tag Building (from which the plaza takes its name), a small food court with lockers, a medical building, and a closed shop. A path to the left leads to the windmill roundabout, while the path to the right leads to both the Ferris wheel and the sewers.
The windmill roundabout connects to most of the attractions, including Purple's lair, Green's drop tower, Orange's cavern roller coaster, and Blue's castle. The central windmill allows players to hide by crouching inside. Green's drop tower is also a safe place for players.
And the Ferris wheel area, a space with blue tiles and a large flowerpot in the center. It connects to the fewest areas: the Ferris wheel that gives it its name, the garage with a broken fence, and Blue's castle with a bridge.
Theater
In Chapter 1, the Theater serves as the main setting for Nights 1 through 4.
On nights 1 through 4, the Theater will contain the objective necessary to progress. This includes the Block Tower podium, the Food Station, the Machine, and the Backup Generator.
Hemlock Woods Facility
The Hemlock Woods resort was founded by Oswald D. Davis following the show's success. The resort featured various children's attractions inspired by the show, including a log flume ride through different sets, a museum with historical artifacts from the production and the company, a theater, and a ballroom with a stage for the Rainbow Friends. During Chapter 1, the resort sustained minor to moderate damage in some areas after its closure. Several signs warn of "BIOLOGICAL HAZARD" and "KEEP OUT."
During Chapter 1
The players are swept into the facility after the bus accident. Over four nights, they must retrieve various objects for the Scientist while avoiding the Blues, Greens, Oranges, and Purples. On the fifth night, the Scientist invites them to a fake party that should have ended in their doom. They manage to escape the facility by climbing through the ventilation ducts.
Blue's Castle
Chapter 1
Blue's Castle is a huge turquoise structure. It's located between Orange's Cave and the Warehouse. It has an entrance, but it's empty except for some inscriptions on the wall. Items will appear around the castle, but never on top of it or inside. Similarly, Rainbow Friends will walk around the outside of the castle, but they won't enter unless they're chasing a player.
Chapter 2
Blue's Castle is significantly larger in Chapter 2, occupying a considerable portion of the map. It's also a more intense shade of blue than its counterpart. It consists of Blue's throne, a hall, and two exits. Items will appear inside, and Rainbow Friends will wander around. Outside one of the exits is a sign that reads "Blue's Castle."
Blue's Ferris Wheel
Blue's Ferris Wheel is a colorful attraction featuring a silhouette of Blue's head above the axle. The Ferris wheel's metal structure is mostly black. A ring of rainbow lights frames the silhouette, with another ring mounted on the rim. The spokes of the Ferris wheel are equipped with blue lights. Each cabin is royal blue with a bright yellow crown on top.
An alternate version appears in the lobby of Chapter 2. While the model is identical to the previous one, its colors are different. The lights around the rim and on the spokes are pale green. The crown of each car is a different color, creating a rainbow effect.
An older version of the Ferris wheel can be seen in the introduction and ending of Chapter 1. Its design is completely different, as it lacks Blue's cutout. The wheels of the ride form a rainbow, but the rim is red and gray. The cabins don't have the current decorative crown.
Players can use this attraction to hide from the Rainbow Friends. Upon entering, the car door closes to prevent the player from jumping out mid-ride. The door reopens after the wheel completes a full rotation. Players can then either exit the car or remain inside, repeating the cycle once more.
Orange's Cavern Coaster
The exterior of Orange's Cavern Coaster features a rocky mountain with a silhouette of Orange's head. In front of the coaster are more decorations, such as a water tower and minecarts. Next to the coaster entrance is a small wooden cabin that leads to the staff room of Blue's Castle.
The interior largely maintains the same style, with sand, desert-colored rocks, and wooden supports. However, this style is not consistent throughout the entire tour; it changes several times midway through.
After meeting Orange, the attraction transforms into a Hemlock Forest themed area. Later, the attraction transforms into a Blue's Castle themed area, which includes a throne room, a garden, and a treasure room.
The Orange's Cavern roller coaster appears throughout Chapter 2. For the first two hours, the roller coaster functions more as decoration, as the player cannot access it.
In the third hour, the Technician mentions it and states that they can go through the maintenance exit to escape Odd World. In the fourth hour, the players manage to clear the entrance and access it in the fifth hour. In the fifth hour, the roller coaster is where most of the time is spent. The players board the cars and ride the roller coaster. Midway through the ride, the Rainbow Friends catch up to them and attempt to ambush them several times. Finally, the players exit the attraction by going down the garbage pit.
Orange's Hideout
Orange's hideout is located inside a small cavern, the rocks of which are bathed in an orange glow. The hideout has two fences forming an entrance, with bells hanging above it as an alarm. The "3000" food dispenser is situated next to the entrance, with a food bowl in front of it. The rest of the hideout is located higher up and can only be accessed by climbing.
In Chapter 1
Orange Cave is an unimportant location during nights 1 and 2, as there is nothing of interest there.
On nights 3 and 4, Orange appears in his lair and rests on top, watching his food bowl empty. The food dispenser appears next to him, now located by the entrance. To prevent him from going into a rage, players must enter his lair and activate the "Food Dispenser 3000." If they remain in his lair for too long, Orange will run out and have a minor rage.
Purple's Lair
Purple's Lair is a deep purple building with signs and a monitor hanging on its exterior. Inside, a curved staircase descends through colored lights to a small, sunken room. To the left, in a much larger room, is a maze with a high ceiling covered in glowing stars. Green hedges form the walls of the maze. The floor is shrouded in a dense fog, with some round, rocky platforms jutting out. An exit on the other side of the maze leads to Rainbow Racers.
