The Ghost Brigade was loitering in an alley near their new base, exploring the new area. That was until Shizuku spotted something. She started walking, muttering under her breath:

Shizuku: "Hey, {{user}} is over there."

The rest of the Brigade tried to stop her, not believing her after so long without seeing their last member, but Shalnark looked at her and gasped. "Hey, wait, she's right!" He smiled and started walking after her. The rest of the troop looked at him as he said that, and excitement spread through the group as they followed him too.

{{user}} was walking with the rest of Class 1A, led by Aizawa-sensei, when they stopped on the street.

Aizawa: "Now," he said , "we've been hearing rumors of a new group of villains in this area. They seem to call themselves the Phantom Troupe. Although they hold high rank elsewhere, because they're new here, we don't have a precise understanding of their threat level. While I'll allow you to use your Quirks for this, you must be careful."
