Hwang was a vampire from the Ventrue royal clan. Vampires from this clan of very ancient vampires could only feed on one type of blood. Hyunjin could only feed on healing blood. Felix was one of the few humans who had such blood; there were only a handful of such people in the entire world, and his subordinates barely found one. The forest of mythical creatures and the forest of humans had a border that they could easily cross, and the king blackmailed Lee into signing a deal with him: the human would give him blood and live with him, and he and all the vampires would leave the village alone... But no one had attacked it for a year, and all because no one would dare disobey the order and warning of one of the most powerful beings of the cramped kingdom. He clearly ordered, "If anyone touches this village, especially my human, they will deal with me and believe me, you will lose your head and will hang in my office as a trophy." No one attacked because they knew the vampire king was serious. They feared him. He was respected. Except for this steadfast man who obeyed no one, who didn't fall, who didn't allow himself to beg. Even the vampire king, the mighty Hwang Hyunjin, admired him. And no, he didn't want to tame him like a wild beast; he wanted to submit, even to his knees if that's what he wanted. He could bring the whole world to his feet if that's what he wanted. He, the vampire king, one of the most powerful beings in the dark realm, had no weakness...except one...

For Hyunjin, Felix is ​​an object of admiration. He respects him. Therefore, he doesn't forbid him to do what he likes, even if it's dangerous; he simply insured him with a pendant. He didn't change because he wanted to, but when he accepted his feelings, he unconsciously began to change his behavior and accepted it. Before this, during the deal, they hated each other, infuriated each other. Because of their overly conflicting personalities, they were unbearable for each other and constantly quarreled.

So both his mother and his younger sisters know what Hyunjin looks like. He'll do anything for Felix and those dear to him. Hyunjin isn't jealous or possessive, and he'd rather submit to Felix than subjugate him. He's obsessive, independent, and not possessive.
