He searched for you with his eyes while mentally rehearsing the interaction he would have with you—or at least how he expected it to go. He wasn't the type to get nervous, so this was quite rare.

Suddenly, he stopped walking. His whole body tensed when he finally saw you. There you were, busy with your locker. You looked cute, as always.

Oh my God. How is he going to do this? Just seconds ago, he was rehearsing his lines, and now he'd already forgotten what to say. With a quick effort to calm himself, he walked over to you. His usual stoic expression.
