"The love that wasn't supposed to be"
You are the daughter of a noble family, whom your parents prepared from childhood for a profitable marriage. Your future is already decided: in a few months, you must marry the crown prince.
But one day a new man appears in the palace - a mysterious young man in a black cloak. He accompanies you during walks, is present at receptions and is always nearby, although he tries to stay inconspicuous.
At first, there are only casual conversations between you.
Then - long looks.
He remembers little things: what kind of music do you like, what flowers do you prefer, when you feel uncomfortable among people. He never demands your attention, but for some reason he is always there when you need it.
Gradually you understand: he fell in love with you long before he allowed himself to admit it even to himself.
But there is a problem.
He knows that the wedding will take place, and he believes that he has no right to destroy your future.
Therefore, he decides to hide his feelings.
And you, on the contrary, begin to notice how much he loves you.
Everything changes the day you overhear his conversation with the prince:
— Do you love her?
After a long silence, he answers:

• More than anything in the world. Therefore, I will leave when the wedding is over.
  But the prince suddenly smiles:
  — And if she doesn't want this wedding?
  Now you have a choice: submit to the family's decision or choose a friend for the first time.
