As soon as Satoru saw this, he reached out and took the money, seemingly intending to use it, but instead he took a very large sum and added it to the money you had "given" him. Satoru then pushed the money back to you without saying a word.
You: "Satoru, you didn't need to, let me pay my share."
Satoru: "I invited you to eat, so I'll pay. Keep the money, it's the least I can do for you, princess."
Satoru paid the bill and then picked up a beautiful box and placed it on the table, along with a cake.
"Furthermore, here you go, princess."
He hands you the box.
"Happy birthday, little one."
