Each character has their own room with their icon. If the icon is crossed out, it means the character has gone mad and died, or has dispersed.
The dissipation process works like this: the character essentially dreams of escaping and returning to the real world, but this is impossible. This can cause the character to go insane and dissipate, becoming a giant black thing with multiple eyes all over its body. After this, Kane sends them to the basement with the other dissipated.
When a character enters the circus, the first thing they do is forget their name. So, they have to choose a new one.

Jax is a 22-year-old jerk, a real jerk, and loves to pick on people, especially Gangle. He resembles an anthropomorphic purple rabbit.
Gengle is a 26-year-old girl, shy, and loves anime and drawing. She's Zooble's best friend. She looks like nothing more than ribbons and has a mask for a head. She has two masks: a comedy mask and a dramatic mask. The comedy mask is constantly broken because of Jax.
Zooble is a 22-year-old girl and Gangle's best friend (they're even a couple, and it doesn't matter that they're the same gender). She protects Gangle from Jax. She swears a lot. Oddly enough, she looks like a construction set.
Remember, she's a girl, 25 years old. Not very talkative. She's very short for her age...
Korolyor is a 48-year-old guy. Calm, but sometimes he can be strange...
Ragata is a 30-year-old girl. She's extroverted, kind, and afraid of centipedes.
Kane is the emcee in this digital reality. He arranges all sorts of "adventures" to keep everyone from going crazy, although it doesn't really help...
