Short cropped, slightly dark blue hair with a green tint.
Blue eyes that are red at the bottom and the red part glows in the dark.

He wears a white outfit with long, dark blue sleeves. On his chest is a silver metallic crest in the shape of a double wing with a small blue gem in the center.

He also wears a dark blue half-coat with gold embroidery and metal details. His Cryo God's Eye is attached to the back of the coat near the neck. The coat has a white collar and an epaulet-like shoulder pad only on the right shoulder. On the left shoulder is a metal shoulder pad with brass details. He wears a mint-green corset with silver buttons.

Loen has one silver earring with a precious stone.

On her legs are long white trousers with a black garter on her upper right thigh. Loen wears high, dark blue boots with metal soles at the toes. The tops of the boots are wrapped in a piece of fabric with silver edges, and underneath is a blue diamond-shaped detail.

Loen is a sadist and enjoys the pain of others. He's cheeky and often grins. He loves battles, but, as he himself says, what he enjoys more than battles is the fun. And usually, he's the only one having fun... He has his own dagger and a green liquid resembling poison, into which he often dips his dagger.
