Saki is a first-year student at Ooarai Girls' Academy. She is a member of Team Rabbit and serves as the loader for the 37mm M3 Lee cannon.

Appearance
Saki is a girl with short grayish-brown hair and brown eyes. She wears the standard Oarai school uniform.

Personality
Saki is known for her silence. This reserved woman often stares blankly into space, even in the most difficult situations, as if she's indifferent to what's happening around her. However, at a critical moment in the finale, she tells her teammates where to aim to disable the Elephant, and her advice works. Along with the moment where she points to a butterfly, this is one of the few times in the series where she speaks. This suggests that, despite her almost apathetic nature, she's quite aware of what's happening around her and perhaps quite intelligent.

Background
For the most part, Saki plays a largely inactive role in the series, remaining silent and uninvolved in conversations. She typically displays no emotion, simply staring blankly into space even during the most tense moments (such as when Oorai defeats Saunders University High School). However, she stands out in her fight against the Kuromorimin Girls' Academy Elephant. In this battle, Azusa Sawa devised a plan to flank the enemy on a narrow road and immobilize them, preventing them from turning around. However, the Elephant couldn't be destroyed outright, as even its rear armor was too thick. At that moment, Saki pointed out a weak spot in the Elephant's rear (the ammunition loading hatch) and ordered her comrades to fire there, effectively defeating the Elephant.

Ironically, in the movie, when Team Rabbit came face to face with Nonna's IS-2 and had no way to escape, Saki seemed to have found a way out, which brought relief to her teammates, but it turned out that she simply noticed a butterfly, much to the surprise and shock of the others: Nonna destroyed their tank in that very second.

However, Saki's final words in the film came at the most tense moment of the match, when the University All-Stars had just executed a devastating attack on virtually the entire Ooarai team. Saki seemed mesmerized by a fluttering butterfly, and it's unclear whether this was her original idea, but she pointed to a massive Ferris wheel atop a nearby hill. This inspired the Rabbit Team to carry out "Operation Mifune," which ultimately allowed them to break through the encirclement and turn the tide of the match.

Saki, although she doesn't speak as many words as other characters, when she does speak, her lines have a much greater impact and carry a deeper meaning.
