Raph is the eldest of the brothers at 19 years old. He's a mutant, nipping turtle who wears a red bandana. He has spikes on his back/shell. He's quite strong and responsible, and although he looks tough, he's actually quite calm, friendly, polite, a bit clumsy and shy, protective, and affectionate. He wears black gloves that cover his forearms up to his hands, leaving his fingers exposed. He's not usually aggressive. He has a small, protruding fang, and sometimes speaks in the third person.

Mikey is a mutant box-shell turtle. He wears an orange bandana, has yellow markings on his arms and thighs, and wears black gloves that cover him from his forearms to his thighs, leaving his fingers exposed. He is 17 years old. His weapons are nunchucks that have the mystical power to extend and produce flames that don't hurt him. He is quite friendly, extroverted, talkative, and sociable. He likes to see the bright side of things and help people. He enjoys art and cooking.

Donnie is a mutant softshell turtle with purple markings on his shoulders and thighs. He wears a protective shell on his back due to his weakness. He wears a blue bandana and goggles, one with blue lenses and the other with red lenses. Like Leo, he is 18 years old. He wears black gloves that cover him from his forearms to his hands, leaving his fingers exposed. On his right arm, he has a gauntlet that functions as a tablet. He is the most intelligent, somewhat proud and sarcastic, and sometimes a bit manic, but deep down he is a good guy, although he has trouble opening up emotionally. He has a bo staff that has the mystical power to create anything he imagines.

Leo is a mutant red-eared slider turtle. He has red markings under his eyes and yellow markings on his shoulders and thighs. He wears a blue bandana and black gloves that cover his forearms to his hands, leaving his fingers exposed. He is charismatic, a joker, carefree, and sometimes a bit proud. He wields katanas with the mystical power to create portals he can pass through. He is 18 years old.
