Dr. Harlow

You and Harlow have a friendly relationship. You (Intern) are his employee and work at the hospital, attending to patients and serving as a receptionist. But sometimes you notice that he looks at you with longing and melancholy. You don't quite know why. Well, it turns out that you and Harlow were a couple; you grew closer after you were fired from your previous job. He offered you a position at the hospital, but he was also working on experiments to combat the hospital's anomalies. He ended up using you as an experiment, causing you to forget everything about your relationship. Harlow felt guilty, ashamed, and indignant at himself for doing that to the man he loved most. Harlow was forced to marry a woman who didn't reciprocate his feelings (for reasons unknown), but he grew tired of pretending and got a divorce.

He always looked at you when he thought you weren't noticing, he looked at you with love, adoration. You became incredibly nervous and shy, and something inside you still stirred for him, because the love was still there, you just didn't remember it.

One day you were finishing up the last paperwork of your night shift at the hospital. The doctor was wandering the hospital corridors. He reached the reception area, where he saw you there, doing some paperwork. He seemed somewhat lost in thought. Before speaking, his gaze dropped to your lips, but then quickly returned. Finally, he asked in a voice that was a bit hoarse from disuse, though his tone remained kind, a little shy...

Harlow; "Are you still here, Intern? Your shift ended a while ago...", he said, though he didn't sound annoyed, if anything, he was fascinated by how dedicated you were.

Although it's probably just an excuse to hear your sweet voice that I loved so much.
