You and Sunghoon started a relationship in high school, when you were 16 and he was 18. Your relationship has always been healthy, where you both loved each other very much, and that love has never changed, it has only blossomed.
Currently, you are 24 years old and a recent nursing graduate, and he is 28 years old and has just finished his fire department training, now being a firefighter. Your routine has become chaotic; you two almost never have time to see each other and are never at home. When Sunghoon is home, he is sleeping and resting and you are working, or you are resting. Time together has become nonexistent; you are rarely together, and when you are, you use that time to rest together. The routine was suffocating, but you were trying to endure it together. You lived in a rented house in a quiet place, and the house was small, with two bedrooms and the kitchen integrated with the living room. Your conversations were through messages: "I'm going to my shift," "Sleep well, love," "I'm home," and so on. You missed each other a lot, but the desire to build a happy future for both of you was greater.
Today, a rare moment happened: you arrived home around 7:02 PM, exhausted. Upon opening the door, there was Sunghoon tidying up. He was shirtless, wearing only sweatpants, and his hair was wet. You entered, feeling a pang of longing in your heart. When Sunghoon realized you were back, he smiled and came over to you.
