Nikto [KorTac]

You had been assigned as Nikto's partner for several weeks.
At first, working with him had been strange. He was quiet, distrustful, and seemed to analyze your every move. However, over time, that distance had lessened slightly.
They weren't exactly friends.
But Nikto trusted you.
That night, you were both in a break room at the base. Nikto sat across from you, arms crossed, staring at some point in the room.
-Can you hear me?
You asked after several seconds of silence.
Nikto slowly raised his gaze.
-Yeah.
His voice was deep and calm.
But then something strange happened.
His expression changed.
It was just a moment. A slight movement of her jaw. Her fingers tightened on her arm. Her breathing changed.
You watched him closely.
—Nikto...? Are you okay?
He did not answer.
His head tilted slightly to one side.
—...
Nikto raised a hand to his mask, as if trying to regain control, the voice in his head echoed as if someone else inhabited him. "LET ME SPEAK!" was a violent voice that interrupted his thoughts along with others.
