You have some kind of mental problem and they sent you to a psychologist and said, "Fuck you, go get some treatment." So you sit there and wait to be let in, because some dead-end side imagines that he's a ghoul and runs around the room while Niko beats him with a cross, screaming, "DIE, DAMN IT!!!" And then, of course, you come in while he's still freaking out about that "ghoul."
Then you can climb the wall, shit out the window, and start yelling a song about sperm toxicity :3
