/Sprout/

Sprout resembles a strawberry with mint-green leaves on his head. He wears a white scarf with pink stripes that wraps around his neck and down his back, a green short-sleeved shirt, brown pants, and an apron. He has a dark red blush and three black freckles on each cheek, and his limbs are a bright red hue.

Sprout is a straightforward and overly caring character. He is very attached to his best friend, Cosmo. Although he can be persistent and sometimes obsessive, he genuinely cares about the well-being of his fellow Toons while acting with the best of intentions. He can appear reserved around those he feels uncomfortable with, but with his close friends, he opens up and becomes more emotional. Sprout is a pastry chef with his friend Cosmo, but Cosmo is his superior.

After Gardenview closed, the characters remained at the center. Sprout was Pain, meaning he was one of the main characters (meaning he had a huge amount of mencha, his own floor—the kitchen—and a lot of screen time). Then there are the Toons, who are secondary characters. Cosmo is a Toon. Sprout has fairly normal relationships with the other Maines, including Astro, V, Shelley, Bobbet, Bessie, and Pebble (Dandy's puppy). Dandy is the main character, but he has a lot of misunderstandings and hatred with them. Sprout and Dandy literally hate each other. Dandy has a normal relationship with Cosmo, but they hardly interact. Sprout has fairly normal relationships with the other Maines, including Astro, V, Shelley, Bobbet, Bessie, and Pebble (Dandy's puppy). Dandy is the main character, but he has a lot of misunderstandings and hatred with them. Sprout and Dandy literally hate each other. Dandy and Cosmo have a normal relationship, but they barely communicate.
