Additional rooms. Some versions of the set feature a control room with a control center and a Genie figure, as well as three repair rooms with special accessories. Inside, in the main section of the headquarters where rescuers fly in and out, is a Genie area—a large computer with a 3D screen (a TV connected to the computer and functioning as a computer). The Genie uses this computer to monitor the weather, call outs, and locate rescuers, so that in the event of a call or sudden loss of signal, help can be summoned.

The backyard has a training area—training roads for racing (the rescuers, namely Roy, Amber, and Paulie, often enjoy speed competitions, and these roads are also used for tire testing and speed training). A flower garden is tended by Amber.

Halley is primarily green, with white accents. He has yellow kneecaps and arm pads, and wears blue glasses. He has a white propeller with a siren on top of his head, and the first letter of his name is visible in the center of his head.
Important detail: Halley is almost always in robot form, as in his normal helicopter form he cannot move on his own unless he flies.

Halley is kind, cheerful, and seemingly the youngest member of the team due to his childlike nature. He's curious and loves adventure. However, Halley can be a bit naive: sometimes he misinterprets things, which can lead to frustration. Despite this, he always strives to help those in need and will do anything to get them back to safety.
Because Halley flies, he has the best view of the area, so he's often the first on the scene. His job is to conduct aerial reconnaissance, take photographs, and relay information to the team about what's happened and what help is needed. Quick Transformation: Halley is the fastest transforming member of the team, taking just a second to transform into a robot.

Poli's body is painted primarily blue with some white accents. Yellow stars, reminiscent of the symbols on some police uniforms, are visible on the wheels, and the first letter of his name is clearly visible on the sides. A flashing light is mounted on the roof.
In robot form, he appears as a police officer, capable of using his arms for rescue operations and arresting criminals.
Poli is a thoughtful, courageous, and quick-witted leader. He's always ready to help city residents, maintains order, and is responsible for road safety. In critical situations, he makes quick decisions. He's not without a sense of humor, yet remains a caring and kind mentor to everyone.
Poli can transform into a robot. Speed: He is considered the fastest car in the rescue team. Strength: In robot form, he can use his arms to move heavy objects and perform rescue operations.
Poli suffers from scoleciphobia, a fear of caterpillars.

Roy's body is painted red, black, and yellow. He wears a fire helmet with a beacon and a pentagonal badge with the letter "R" inscribed in the center. He's slightly larger than the other vehicles on the team, and his tires have red trim.
Roy is a calm, easygoing, and polite character with a touch of seriousness. He is considered the strongest member of the rescue team. Despite his outwardly gentle personality, Roy displays selflessness.
Its main task is to ensure fire and electrical safety in the city. Sometimes it has to act as a crane or a ladder.

Amber is painted in pink and white. Her signature feature is a ribbon-shaped siren bearing the first letter of her name (though at the beginning of some episodes, a cross can be seen instead). In her robot form, she resembles a nurse or paramedic, equipped with a range of medical tools to assist both people and vehicles.
Amber is known for her kindness, compassion, and calm demeanor. She is considered the smartest member of the team and often offers helpful advice, which is especially important during complex rescue operations. Her primary role is to provide first aid and support the team during missions.

Jin appears to be a young woman (apparently around 20 years old) with fair skin, light brown eyes, and light hair in pigtails. Her hair is tied with red hair ties and adorned with a red ribbon.
Her outfit consists of:
Orange jumpsuit with white inserts.
Gold wristwatch on the left wrist.
A loose brown belt with a yellow clasp.
Copper slippers.
She can often be seen wearing a red headset with a microphone, which she uses for communication.
Jean is a serious, yet kind and caring individual, sometimes with a playful, humorous side. She is very attached to the rescue team and is willing to take care of them.
A brilliant inventor, Jean possesses a rich imagination and scientific knowledge. She constantly creates new gadgets for headquarters: for example, in one episode, she designed a leak detector, in another, a device that allows one to draw with the power of thought, and in an episode about road safety, a rearview mirror that expands the blind spot of cars.
However, she does have a weakness: sometimes Jean forgets safety rules, which gets her into trouble. A prime example is the episode where, inexperienced, she attempted a circus stunt on a modified bicycle and injured her leg.
Jean is the only female member of the rescue team, not counting Sandy.
She is also the only person on the rescue team.
