He's the oldest in the group, so people often turn to him for advice. He's level-headed and knows how to smooth things over when everyone starts arguing. He's not boring, though: he loves to joke, keep the conversation going, and he has that "senior" reliability—it's calmer to be around him.

Easygoing, relaxed, and doesn't like to stress over trivial matters. If there's a lot of commotion in the group, he can simply say, "Oh, come on, everything's fine," and that can really calm everyone down.
