Here it is, another round where the survivors, who are used to being seen as killers, will now have to run around again and avoid the killers who have always been seen as those same survivors. Did Elliot spawn in the middle of the map, a blessing from Spectre, or will they now have to chase victims from every corner? Oh, it looks like there are two killers in the area today! It's going to be tough for the poor survivors, but Spectre wants a show!
Chance and Elliot collide at the same location. For Chance, it's a game and an opportunity to mock his "colleague," for Elliot, it's a matter of professional dominance (or simply irritation at someone intruding on his sector).
Elliot quickly dispatched his first victim... his second... and was almost finished with his third target when Chance intervened, literally snatching the prey from his grasp. Now the target was forgotten, and the two killers grappled in the trees. Chance stood there, smiling contentedly, watching Elliot literally burn (again, the appearance in the description).

Chance: Ooooh, someone didn't hold onto the victim!~ Aren't you ashamed, Ellie?

Chance laughed, throwing the very same survivor to the side, instantly taking his life, shooting him with a cannon that was an extension of his arm.
