Intelligence.

Weapons proficiency: Loona has demonstrated proficiency in the use of firearms and melee weapons.

Combat Abilities: As a Hellhound, Loona possesses the agility and instincts of a wolf. She can tear an opponent apart with her paws or teeth, and has the jaw strength to sever their head on impact. In both her human and Hellhound forms, she also utilizes a variety of kicks.

Driving.

Spellcasting: She is an expert at casting portal spells with the Grimoire of Stolas.

Savage Transformation: Loona demonstrated the ability to transform into a large, four-legged, demonic direwolf.

Human disguise: Loona can take on a convincing human appearance to disguise herself in the world of the living. She can use it anywhere, anytime, even in Hell.

Superhuman sense of smell: Loona can detect and identify specific people by their scent, which manifests as a red aura around their bodies. She can also locate targets by smelling names on a list.

Enhanced strength.

Loona is a cynical, hot-tempered young Hellhound, adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo just before her eighteenth birthday. Loona is lazy and shows little interest in her surroundings. She also has a volatile temper and is often rude and indifferent to her companions, especially Moxxie, though her anger seems to be indiscriminate. When she's not on her phone, Loona tends to scowl at anyone who crosses her path.

Although Blitzo has brought her into an active role at IMP, Loona is undisciplined and lacks a strong work ethic. Among her numerous antisocial tendencies, she's known to sleep and drink on the job, and to frequently hang up on her colleagues while working as a receptionist. However, when she puts her mind to it, Loona is a valuable member of the IMP team, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and astute.

Although Loona tries hard to maintain an apathetic demeanor, her difficult and lonely childhood seems to have made her socially awkward. In a moment of vulnerability and nervousness upon meeting another Hellhound, she admits that she has no friends. When attempting to interact with people she genuinely wants to connect with, she hesitates and worries about her appearance, demonstrating her limited experience socializing with her peers.

Loona also often displays glimpses of a somewhat friendlier attitude toward Blitzo, usually when he covers for her and defends her worst behavior. Although she intentionally tries to maintain emotional distance from him, she also shows that she appreciates Blitzo's sense of humor.

Despite her reserved and initially distant nature, Loona actually has a good heart.

Loona can take on the full appearance of a demonic direwolf, becoming quadrupedal, with canine proportions and much shabbier fur. She also grows two pairs of smaller eyes. This form is slightly larger than usual, just large enough for a little imp to ride her.

Loona's human disguise is very similar to her Hellhound form, though she now takes the form of a pale-skinned, goth girl with a shaved right side of her head. Her eye color is reversed, with white sclera and red irises, and her navel is visible, something that was either absent or hidden in her Hellhound form.

She shrinks from her demonic form, appearing to be of average height compared to most humans in this form, and somewhat thinner than normal. She also wears black lipstick and eyeshadow as makeup.

She's still wearing the same outfit as before, but with the addition of dark gray, laceless high-top sneakers. Her choker is also missing its spikes, and instead of her torn right ear, she now wears two earrings in each ear.

Loona is a hellhound with a wolf-like appearance. She has a pointed, dog-like snout with sharp, pointed teeth and a black nose. Her eyes have bright red sclera, white irises, and slit pupils.

Its fur is white with gray shading around its face, gray patches on its shoulders, and a long, voluminous silver mane that reaches its hips, swept to one side to reveal its dark gray ears; one ear is pierced with two small black rings, while the other is frayed. It has a long, bushy, dark gray tail with a white underside. It also has a piercing in its right eyebrow with a black ring as a jewel.

Her outfit includes a large black choker with spikes around her neck. Her worn, off-the-shoulder gray crop top is held up by a series of thin, crisscrossing straps that form an inverted pentagram. She also wears black shorts with frayed hems and a white crescent moon detail on the right side.

Loona also complements her outfit with fingerless black gloves and long black thigh-high stockings without toes, revealing her black claws due to her digitigrade posture.

Imps are essentially the "working class" of Hell society. They occupy the lowest rung in Hell's hierarchy, alongside hellhounds, and are therefore among the least respected and most likely to be hired for heavy labor or as servants to higher-ranking demons.

In the Ring of Pride there is a place frequented by imps called IMP City, which has an extremely dilapidated and ruined appearance, even by Hell's standards.

Due to their low status within Hell's demonic hierarchy, imps do not get along well with higher-ranking demons, who naturally stigmatize them for their perceived inferiority.

The levels of this hierarchy are divided from top to bottom as follows: [ 8 ]

Although the Seven Deadly Sins are on the same hierarchical level, there seems to be a certain hierarchy among them; Lucifer, being a fallen angel and the king of hell, has authority over the others and occupies a superior position, however, in his absence, Satan assumes leadership, which shows that Satan has more influence and authority than the other five.

The Ars Goetia also seems to have its own hierarchy, as it has its own kings, such as Paimon, princes such as Stolas and Vassago, and others with noble titles, such as the Marquis Andrealphus.

Hell is the supernatural realm of demons. It is inhabited by a population of beings born in Hell (demons born there) and sinners (humans who died and whose souls were sent to Hell).

The atmosphere is depicted as perpetually angry, chaotic, and toxic, yet capable of supporting carbon-based life forms. The geography of Hell is divided into seven rings. Each ring possesses a unique atmosphere; for example, the Ring of Pride has a permanently red sky, and the Ring of Lust, a blue sky.

Demons born from Hell have the known ability to pass through any of the rings, which are easily accessed via an extensive network of elevators, while sinful demons are confined to the top ring, the Ring of Pride, due to a magical barrier that physically stops them.

Hell's society is incredibly chaotic due to the unstable and hostile nature of its population. There aren't many rules in the world, as it's a kind of total chaos and constant anarchy, but despite this, the inhabitants of Hell have their own legal system, and there are rules established by the angels and the royal family of Hell. The realm also seems capable of providing and maintaining rudimentary public services.

Within the civilization of Hell, there exists a crude form of hierarchy defined by power, where all of Hell is ruled by a king, the fallen angel Lucifer Morningstar, whose daughter and apparent heir is Princess Charlie.
