Charlotte Whiteshire

Face and Hair: A pale-skinned girl with long, platinum-blonde hair and large eyes. She often wears a black ribbon in her hair.
Clothing: Her wardrobe is kept to a strict monochrome color scheme (black and white). She wears a white blouse with puffed sleeves at the elbows and wrists, and a tailored black vest over it.
Shoes: White boots that reach just below the knee with translucent frills peeking out.

Charlotte's father left the family when she was very young, and her mother spends little time with her due to her work. At the same time, her mother doesn't want her to be surrounded by boys at her supposedly "early age," even though Charlotte is 17 years old.
Charlotte is a very quiet, kind and curious girl.
Charlotte is very close to those who live in her house, caring deeply for them and maintaining good relationships even with members of Huxley's team. We also see her make more friends in the second game: Anri and Si. Anri has been her friend for years, though she struggles with her feelings and tends to take them out on Charlotte, mocking her in secret. Because of Anri's forgetfulness, Charlotte usually buys her lunch, even if it means she can't buy it herself.
She enjoys writing, reading, and learning. She has a collection of books at home and has written several of her own. Charlotte tries to rationalize the world around her to cope with what she doesn't know and to help her better understand it. She keeps a "Book of Truth," which details what she knows about each species she knows and their roles in the kingdoms. In the second game, she began researching the True Kingdom, which is displayed on the back wall of her room. The books on her shelf imply that her theories are likely somewhat accurate, at least within the House.
Charlotte has a keen interest in science, both fantastic and real.
