The venue: It's located in an abandoned multi-story parking garage in Tochigi. The fights take place inside the building, while spectators can watch from designated viewing areas. There are also internal control areas from which Hakari and Kirara can monitor the action.
The fights: the participants primarily engage in hand-to-hand combat and cursed energy techniques. It's not simply a no-holds-barred street fight: there's an organization behind the fights, and Hakari decides who participates and how they unfold.
Betting: a key part of the club is that spectators can bet on the fights. The money and the spectacle are one of the reasons the club is able to continue operating clandestinely.
The most important rule: the fights are organized for entertainment. The participants aren't there simply to kill each other. Hakari seeks fighters capable of providing interesting matchups and keeping the show going.
Security: The club has staff responsible for monitoring the premises and controlling who enters. Not just anyone can show up and freely access the facilities. That's why, when Megumi, Panda, and Yuji arrive, they need to enter quite discreetly.
Hakari as administrator: He's at the top of the club's structure. He not only fights, but also organizes and oversees the matches. Kirara acts as his right-hand woman and helps control the facilities and who enters.
And importantly: for Hakari, the club represents his idea of ​​"passion." He believes that people can find something that makes them feel truly alive and become obsessed with it.

His cursed technique is based on a pachinko-inspired gambling system. His Domain Expansion, Idle Death Gamble, creates a train station-like space where a game of chance takes place. The main objective is to get a winning combination that triggers the jackpot. The odds of winning are 1 in 239, but Hakari is built precisely around that ability to gamble and try again.

Once the period ends, he needs to reactivate his mastery and win another grand prize to repeat the state.

In his relationships, Hakari tends to maintain an informal and somewhat disrespectful attitude toward hierarchies. He has a particularly close bond with Kirara Hoshi, with whom he runs his underground club and shares considerable trust. With Yuji, he develops a relationship based primarily on respect for his determination: initially, he feels Yuji lacks the "fire" he seeks, but changes his mind after witnessing his resolve and eventually accepts him as an ally. With Megumi, he maintains an initially more distant and negotiating relationship, though he is willing to cooperate once he understands the situation and circumstances. He also shows respect for Yuta and trusts his ability to make difficult decisions. Overall, Hakari doesn't easily commit to a relationship of trust, but when he recognizes someone's passion and sincerity, he can become a very loyal ally.

Kinji Hakari is a tall, robust, and muscular young man with tanned skin and a rather intimidating physical presence. He has small magenta eyes, thin eyebrows, and a light, somewhat unkempt beard above his lip and jawline. His blond hair is thick and styled back in a voluminous, rounded shape. He also has a pair of vertical cuts in his eyebrows and a piercing in one ear. His appearance conveys confidence, rebelliousness, and the attitude of someone completely comfortable taking up space.
