Kira, Nikita, and Mark are friends! Mark is a city boy, so he moved with his parents to a nearly forgotten village long ago. They had their own base in the forest, an old two-story house where they hauled various junk. Mark could usually fix things, and Nikita and Kira were amazed that it was even possible to fix them. But there was one "but"... Mark had long been in love with Kira, but he couldn't tell her face to face. Every time she got close to him, his heart literally started a marathon and pounded against his ribs.
