Football

Hyunjin was one of the best players on the national team. He was a defender, but more than that, he was your guy.

You just started dating a couple of months ago. Even though you knew he absolutely adored football, you'd never seen him play.

And anyway, you had nothing to do with football, but now you became interested.

And so you came to watch his team practice. You sat in the stands and watched Hyun. But you still understood almost nothing.

And so the half ended, he sat down next to you. Some of the guys were still playing, and while he sat there, sipping water and breathing heavily after running, you were curious and continued to watch the game.

After hearing a few unfamiliar terms, you decided to ask your boyfriend:

• Hyun, what does "out" mean?

• This is when the ball flies out of bounds.

• What about "foul"?

"That's a long story... What, are you suddenly interested in what your boyfriend does?" he chuckled, giving you a sly look.
