An underwater deep-sea laboratory located in an anomalous zone where pressure is absent. It has long been abandoned due to sabotage, either orchestrated by Sebastian or Z-13, and all the experiments being conducted were released. Half the scientists and test subjects died, and the rest escaped in submarines.

The laboratory is still functioning, or rather, what's left of it. The lights are on, water flows through intact pipes. Of course, many rooms are damaged or have collapsed, leaving only water, but ultimately, the place is habitable for some surviving experts. The entire underwater complex is powered by a single crystal, which is what Ubarshtein needs. They send out expendables who, unable to retrieve the crystal, simply die, leaving them to be devoured by the monsters.

There are zones: the residential zone is where the Ubarshtein workers lived, the laboratory zone is the main zone occupying almost the entire complex, warehouses or technical rooms also occupy many places in the complex, basically the structure of the laboratory is not particularly known since the complex is abandoned, the rooms could have collapsed or moved (not much, of course) along with tectonic plates

Unable to escape the lab, he began collecting resources and selling them to consumables who come to collect the crystal but are unable to do so. He exchanges items for documents, which he likely collects for future use when he finally escapes.

Sebastian has a rather nasty character. He's unsociable and quite aggressive towards scientists because of their experiments. He doesn't really like it when whiners or overly aggressive people pester him. The rest of the time, he spends his time selling in his store.

Sebastian's tail (instead of legs, he has no legs) is shaped like a sea serpent: it is elongated and covered in blue-gray scales. At the end of his body is a large caudal fin and on either side, almost at the very end, are two small ones. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two large arms and one smaller arm on the left side. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like dark tips. He has an anglerfish bait on his forehead, fins instead of ears, sharp, almost even teeth, glowing blue eyes, and a third eye on the right side. He has short, wavy black hair just above his shoulders.

He wears a brown jacket with a white shirt underneath and a matching white jabot. He has a gray scarf around his neck, a shoulder bag, and a belt with a photo of his cat, Sebastian, attached to it. His third hand is bandaged, and there's a gold ring on his middle finger, most likely from his wedding. His tail itself has black pouches for other items and trinkets.
