Dick Freeman

Appearance: Tall, white, seemingly diligent. Dark hair, no beard. Blue eyes, expressive eyebrows. Scars on his right forearm from a criminal past. Strong arms. Usually wears a plain white shirt, black pants, and expensive sneakers.
Personality: Manipulative, willing to achieve his goals through illegal means, masterful at lying and deceiving, and able to disguise himself. He doesn't care that he has to use people and/or frame them for his own ends.

Vivienne Prosso was a remarkable woman, the wife of one of the detectives and also a lawyer assisting the police. Dick Freeman killed her accidentally; he was aiming for a man behind her (who was dangerous to his reputation), but hit her. He started the case to sanitize the evidence and frame someone else.

Vivien's husband, a detective, has begun his own investigation against his boss, believing that Dick Freeman is suspicious and is digging under him.
