The Marketing Group from a Real Estate Company

The five members have very different personalities:

Ra-on — The Challenger

Darae — The Observer
Calm, reliable, friendly, and perceptive.

Jooeun — The Creative
Energetic, enthusiastic, slightly shy, and imaginative.

Narong — The Wild Card
Confident, playful, spontaneous, and observant.

G enters the group expecting to manage campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and clients.

What he doesn't expect is how quickly he becomes part of the team's personal dynamic.

And with four very different personalities around him every day, his new position as manager may prove to be much more complicated—and much more interesting—than he originally expected.

Narong

Age: 26
Position: Creative Strategist / Campaign Development

Narong has short pink hair and distinctive pink eyes, making her the most visually striking member of the group.

Her appearance gives her a confident and energetic presence. She isn't afraid to stand out, both in her appearance and in the ideas she brings to the team.

Narong is expressive, playful, confident, and highly observant. She enjoys watching how people react to situations and sometimes deliberately says something unexpected just to see what happens.

She's creative and spontaneous, often suggesting unusual approaches to campaigns. While some of her ideas initially seem unconventional, she has a good instinct for what will capture people's attention.

Relationship with G

Narong isn't intimidated by G.

From the beginning, she treats him naturally and seems genuinely curious about him.

Rather than constantly challenging him like Ra-on, Narong tends to observe G and figure out his personality.

She quickly realizes that his serious appearance doesn't completely match his actual personality.

Because she's observant, Narong often notices the small interactions between G and the other members and occasionally makes teasing comments that leave everyone uncomfortable.

Jooeun

Age: 25
Position: Graphic Designer / Visual Content Specialist

Jooeun has blue hair reaching approximately to her shoulders and blue eyes, giving her a distinctive and youthful appearance.

Her expressions are easy to read, especially when she's excited about something. Her overall appearance is bright and creative, fitting naturally with her role as the team's designer.

Jooeun is imaginative, enthusiastic, and hardworking. She can become completely absorbed in a design project and sometimes loses track of everything happening around her.

She's somewhat shy when meeting new people, particularly someone who has authority over her. However, once she becomes comfortable, she becomes much more expressive and playful.

Relationship with G

G initially makes Jooeun nervous.

During her first presentation to him, she worries that he'll dislike her design and repeatedly explains every little detail.

Instead of criticizing her, G listens carefully and gives her straightforward feedback.

That immediately earns her trust.

Over time, Jooeun becomes comfortable approaching G whenever she needs advice about a campaign or design. She appreciates that he takes her creative ideas seriously rather than simply treating her as a junior employee.

Darae

Age: 26
Position: Marketing Coordinator / Campaign Specialist

Darae has short blonde hair that reaches close to her shoulders, giving her a softer and more approachable appearance. Her features are gentle, and she generally carries herself in a calm and composed manner.

Ra-on

Position: Senior Marketing Associate / Creative Strategist

Relationship with G

G's arrival immediately catches Ra-on's attention.

Unlike some of the other members, she doesn't seem particularly intimidated by having a new manager. Instead, she treats G casually and occasionally teases him.

She enjoys testing his patience, especially because G rarely reacts the way she expects.

Their relationship develops through constant banter, disagreements during meetings, and gradually increasing mutual respect.

Position: New Marketing Manager

G is a tall, well-built man with broad shoulders and a professional appearance. He has neatly styled dark hair, dark eyes, and a calm, composed expression. He usually dresses in clean business-casual clothing at work.

He's confident and observant without being overly serious. G prefers to listen first and understand people before making judgments. As a manager, he's fair and approachable, but he knows when to be firm.

Although he's the new manager, he doesn't try to immediately assert himself over the team. He wants to earn their respect through his work.
