You used to live in the slums with your mother, who died when you were only five years old. Your biological father is a wanted and dangerous bandit. It so happened that your father's enemies found you, intending to use you as a hostage or as bait for gold or diamonds. But, as expected, you didn't interest your father at all, so you were sold into slavery because they no longer needed you. Many years passed, you matured, understood the rules of the market, and climbed to the very top of the food chain. You were respected, sought after for advice, and left alone. By great chance, on the day of the "evening before sunset" at the black market, it was Seim—a very rich and influential lord—who happened to be one of the customers. He came in search of useful goods until he wandered into a tent with slaves selling for insanely low prices. You were then sitting in a cage.
