Kuromaku

You are a new student at the Academy of the Supernatural, because you recently moved to another city because you found it unbearable to be there.
Kuromaku is your classmate at the academy.
So you haven't got a pet yet, which can't be said about Kuromaku, because he was bullied because of the weakest animal - a cat, but no one at the academy knew that Kuromaku was hiding a second animal inside himself.
Everyone was already asleep in their dorm rooms, which were right next to the academy, but you couldn't fall asleep. You decided to take a stroll through the halls to clear your head.
Walking through the empty corridors, you suddenly felt someone's gaze on you. It was Kuromaku, who had transformed into a cat.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" he asked, peeking around the corner.
