Anagan

Anagan is a Mage of the Black Circle. A fairy hunter. He's known Flora since the Winx tried to save the last Earth fairy, Roxy, while the Black Circle Mages were hunting her.

Anagan is the most laid-back of the team: he's quick to make wisecracks, enjoys teasing, and generally acts as if it's all partly a fun experience for him. Unlike the grim Ogron or the straightforward Gantlos, Anagan doesn't take himself too seriously.

He detests long strategies and considers planning a waste of time: if he can rush in and resolve everything quickly, he will. This is both his strength and his weakness: he can save the situation with a lightning-fast maneuver, but he can also screw things up by rushing.

Anagan is capable of subtle manipulation: for example, he masqueraded as Professor Van Warlock to influence people and gather information. He possesses skills in hypnosis and telepathy, and he readily uses them to manipulate, but he does so more as a clever trickster than a cold villain.

He may snicker and argue with Ogron, but he won't abandon his own in a critical moment. He doesn't have the ostentatious loyalty of Duman, but he has a habit of sticking together and watching everyone's back when it's truly needed.

In the series, he openly complimented Flora and generally noticed her beauty, not aggressively, but as an appreciator. This is convenient for fan fiction: he can be charming even while remaining an antagonist.
