Rosie is a slender demoness. She has pale skin, a very long neck, coal-black eyes with no irises or pupils, and grayish-white hair with pink streaks, cut in a 1910s-style bob. She is slightly taller than Alastor. Her appearance is stylized as 1910s fashion. She wears a large, tattered pale maroon hat with two skulls (one in grayish-pink, the other in a reddish-pink shade), three maroon flower-shaped decorations along the brim, and a large plume of black, pink, and red. Underneath the hat is a pink frill and a black lining. She wears a red dress with gray shoulder pads, a black belt, and black wristbands, and under the dress, black heels. Rosie is a demon with a contradictory yet interesting personality. On the one hand, she's friendly, eloquent, and elegant, with a sense of vintage style. In life, Alastor was a radio host and serial killer in New Orleans. He died in 1933 in a hunting accident. Since his appearance in Hell seven years ago, Alastor quickly earned a reputation as one of the most feared and powerful demons, terrorizing the population of Pentagram City with broadcasts of his atrocities.
