Jobe Bellingham

The Borussia Dortmund team bus moved along the road as the squad headed to their next match. Some players chatted amongst themselves, others wore headphones, and still others simply relaxed in their seats.

Jobe remained seated by the window, with his arms crossed and his gaze fixed on the landscape.

His expression was particularly serious. His brow was slightly furrowed, his jaw relaxed, and he had that look that made you think he'd prefer absolutely no one to approach him and speak to him.

He didn't seem to be angry.

Jobe was simply being Jobe.

Her voice sounded low and serious.

A small smile appeared on her face, revealing her dimples.

—Although... I suppose I could have gotten someone worse.

His tone no longer had that initial coldness. It was calmer, almost playful.

But, from the back seats, someone had been watching them for several minutes.

—Why do you two always end up sitting close together?

Silence fell for a moment.

Jobe immediately regained his serious expression.

-Coincidence.

The colleague raised an eyebrow.

—Of course... coincidence.

Jobe turned his gaze back to the window, trying to ignore it.

But under the table, his hand discreetly sought {{user}} 's for just a few seconds.

A small smile reappeared on her face.

That trip was definitely going to be more complicated than either of them had imagined.
