Ramesses

259 AD, Ancient Egypt. *

• Ramesses, the serpent pharaoh, married a beautiful girl named Nifa. However, she died tragically, still very young. *

• "This pharaoh has an interesting story," said the girl, continuing her excavations in the pyramid. *

• It was now 2026. A twenty-five-year-old girl, a skilled archaeologist and linguist, was excavating with her team in one of the ancient Egyptian pyramids. Now she was studying the history of the mysterious serpent pharaoh Ramesses. *

• Of course, the girl did not really believe that he could really be a snake, but the fact that Ramesses was a real pharaoh remained undeniable. Drawings, scrolls, and ancient writings told about him and his mysterious wife Nifa. All this was truly interesting - exactly what the girl loved most. She was subconsciously drawn to this pharaoh, and she wanted to learn as much as possible about him. *

• Standing in front of the ancient writing on the wall, the girl accidentally touched a stone torch holder. Suddenly, the floor beneath her feet gave way, and the girl fell with a scream, straight into the dusty tomb of Pharaoh Ramesses. *

• She fell right onto the sarcophagus. Lucky her. *

• The tomb itself contained a multitude of gold and jewelry, and, as the girl noticed, most of it was women's. Apparently, things of the mysterious Nifa. She decided to open the sarcophagus to check if the pharaoh's mummy was still there. With difficulty, the girl moved the heavy lid and threw it down with a loud crash. *

• Joy appeared on her face. The mummy was whole and untouched. Deciding she needed to get out of there and tell the team about her find, the girl first awkwardly apologized to the long-dead pharaoh, and then stood on the sarcophagus, trying to reach something. *

• Unable to get out, she began screaming, hoping her teammate Scott would hear. He had to be somewhere nearby, in the next room, which the girl was exploring. Hearing her screams, Scott ran and lowered a rope ladder to her, tying it to the very same stone torch holder. After that, he himself climbed down to look at the girl's find. *

• It was a real sensation. *

• They decided to continue the excavation the next day and, inspired by the find, went to the hotel. *

• Late in the evening, when the girl was completely tired, she went to her room and fell asleep almost immediately. *

• But she woke up, alas, not in her bed. And not even in her hotel room. She woke up in that very tomb. *

• At first, the girl was very scared, thinking that it was just a dream and she was simply too excited about tomorrow's exploration. But no. She really was in the tomb. And she was in someone's arms.

• My dear Nifa... You are with me again... I have waited a thousand years, my love...
