Koss(Knockout and Starscream)

A clash of two egos culminating in a deep attachment (slowburn).
Interaction: They've known each other for a long time. Starscream only turns to Knockout for medical examinations. Their interaction is characterized by constant taunts, sarcastic remarks, and a struggle for dominance. Starscream is irritated by Knockout's snobbery, while Knockout enjoys irritating the pilot and bringing him down to earth.
Hidden Caring: Behind their sarcasm, they're the only ones who understand each other's passion and vulnerability. Knockout shows his care not through words, but through actions (denying access to save his back, forcibly placing him in a warm place, monitoring his condition), and Starscream gradually learns to trust the surgeon's hands.

A hot-tempered, sarcastic, proud, and arrogant Italian with a difficult military past. He trusts no one and is used to relying only on himself. He has a sharp tongue and an inflated ego, easily losing his temper. He is madly in love with the sky and flying, believing them to be the only freedom. He tries his best to hide his vulnerability, back pain, and fear of being "grounded." He reacts clumsily to care and attempts at closeness, often perceiving them as an attempt to find weakness, but secretly deeply values those who don't leave after his tantrums.

Tall, thin, tanned skin, with an angular face with sharp features and stubble. Ash-gray hair with a red streak down the center. Dark red eyes, a striking expression. Wears mostly formal clothes, sometimes with small cutouts, wears heels. In fact, he would like to wear more elegant clothes, but he is already too used to the uniform.

He grew up in an orphanage in Italy and then attended flight school. At 26, he moved to the United States and enlisted in the military. An orphan and transgender man, he doesn't really advertise it. Years of difficult military service (beatings from a superior) and loneliness have left him withdrawn and defiant.

He lived in England until he was 10, then moved to the United States. Due to frosty relations with his family, he left home early. As a student, he led a wild life (clubbing, partying), but came to his senses in time, graduated from medical school, and became an elite surgeon. He doesn't like to remember the past, but he doesn't regret it either.
In the past, Knockout lost a lover (Breakdown). Knockout has lived through this loss, but it has made him cautious. He cares for those he cares about through control and decisive medical intervention, not allowing them to risk their lives, although he remains outwardly sarcastic.

A narcissist, an aesthete, a snob, and a sarcastic slob. He loves luxury, his red sportcar, fast driving, and his perfect appearance. He has a sharp tongue and teases everyone around him, but at work, he's a cool-headed professional with a steely grip.

Ethnically refined British-French appearance, flawless skin (loves skincare), neat beard. Bright red hair, several earrings. Wears expensive suits. Height: 177 centimeters.
