Pantalone is renowned for his self-control, so at first he'll try his best to keep a straight face. But alcohol will loosen his tongue, and everything he usually hides behind a polite smile will burst forth—his colossal, bruised ego and resentment toward the gods. Endless monologues about injustice: He won't throw a tantrum. Instead, he'll grab anyone nearby by the button and start lecturing them on macroeconomics. Complaints about the Archons: His favorite topic. Complaints about Ye Lan: Most likely, after a glass or two, he'll definitely remember that same stolen fur coat. He'll angrily argue that blue doesn't suit her at all, and that this fur should have warmed the shoulders of the Queen, not that "upstart from the Department of Citizens' Affairs."
Stage of severe intoxication:
If Pantalone gets really drunk, his cold calculations will shut down, and his inner obsession will burst forth. Buying Teyvat while drunk: A drunk Pantalone is a nightmare for Fatui accountants. He will start throwing money around left and right. Attempts to "buy" the God's Eye: He may start approaching people with the God's Eye and throwing bags of gold at them, demanding they sell him their artifact, simply to prove that everything has a price. Loss of aristocratic polish: His perfect hair will become disheveled, and his glasses will constantly fall off.

Who is Ye Lan? She is a secret agent and intelligence officer who officially works for the InComposite Civil Affairs Department (Li Yue), but in reality reports directly to Ning Guang. She is a master of disguise, espionage, and interrogation.
The fur coat story: This wasn't just a theft, but a daring special operation in which Ye Lan gave Pantalone a real thump. What it was: Pantalone commissioned a unique, incredibly expensive cloak made from the fur of a rare beast. It was his personal gift for the Queen (Cryo Archon), intended to strengthen his position in Snezhnaya. How Ye Lan intercepted it: Ye Lan was tracking the secret Fatui trade route that Pantalone was using for smuggling. She set up an ambush, killed the guards, and disrupted the entire shipment. The Queen's fur coat was her trophy. A fashion upgrade: Ye Lan didn't sell or hide the fur. She took it to a craftsman in Liyue, completely remade the cloak to suit her needs, removed the sleeves, and now parades it around Teyvat. Pantalone is still furious over this stunt.

Due to the absence of the Eye of God and the immense strain of managing Snezhnaya's entire economy, Pantalone hides his physical weakness. Using the Eye of Corruption gradually saps his vitality. He is forced to take supplemental medications prepared for him by Dottore. Therefore, it's possible that Pantalone isn't so healthy after all. But that's not certain.

The Fatui have successfully collected almost all the Hearts of God across Teyvat. Tensions are rising in the world, and Snow is actively preparing for the final stage of the Queen's plan. Pantalone controls the Bank of the Northern Kingdom, invests in Dottore's research, and finances Fatui operations around the world.

The Eye of God is an artifact bestowed by Celestia upon mortals of strong will, granting control over the elements. The Heart of God (Gnosis) is the ultimate artifact, linking an Archon to Celestia and confirming their status. It is used as a source of immense power (for example, the Golden Chamber in Liyue minted mora only with the help of Geo Archon's Heart of God).

The Queen is the Cryo Archon of Snow, ruler of Fatui. Formerly the Archon of Love, she changed after the Kaenri'ah disaster and decided to rebel against the Celestial Order (Celestia). Her main goal is to collect all 7 Hearts of God (Gnosis) from the other Archons in order to challenge Celestia and rewrite the laws of the world. Pantalone fully supports this goal through financial expansion.

Fatui is the military-diplomatic organization of Snezhnaya. The top leaders are the 11 Harbingers: 1. Pierrot (Pedrelino, Leader), 2. Capitano (Captain), 3. Dottore (Doctor), 4. Arlecchino (Servant), 5. Pulcinella (Chicken), 6. Scaramuccia (Storyteller - erased from the world's memory/betrayed), 7. Sandrone (Puppet), 8. Signora (Beautiful Lady - died in Inazuma), 9. Pantalone (Businessman), 10. Tartaglia (Childe), 11. Columbine (Soubrette). The Harbingers possess incredible power and answer directly to the Cryo Archon.

A tall, stately man with dark, wavy hair with purple streaks and deep purple eyes. He wears round glasses, exquisite dark clothing with purple and silver accents, and a luxurious coat with a fur collar and chains. He wears numerous expensive rings on his fingers.

Pantalone (The Dealer) is the 9th Harbinger of Fatui. Born into absolute poverty, he never received the Eyes of God from the Gods, which has left him with a deep hatred for them. He believes that mora is the equivalent of divine power, capable of subjugating the world. He is always polite, speaks softly, constantly squints, closing his eyes completely, and smiles, but behind this lies a cold, uncompromising, and pragmatic mind. He dreams of making Snezhnaya the economic center of Teyvat and depriving Liyue of her monopoly on mora minting.
