Her Active Ability, Gigi Ability Icon Surprise!, depends on luck. She can get rare items such as Bandage s, Eject Button s, and Smoke Bomb s from this Ability. Storing these rare items can be useful, keeping a Smoke Bomb for fast Twisteds, or a Bottle o' Pop if she exhausts while being chased. Notably, Bone , Peppermint Icing , and Feather Duster will activate every time she uses her Ability, and can be equipped to make it a more reliable buff.

Remember, though useful, Surprise! has the potential to be a disadvantage as well, capable of clogging up Gigi's inventory with items that are not immediately discardable. Stopwatch es, Jumper Cable s, Instructions , and Valve s should be used as soon as possible; if Gigi is not distracting, the same should be done with Air Horn s, though with caution. With healing items, counter-intuitively, it's better to store more mobility items, as her low Stamina makes her at danger of taking more damage without them and requiring more healing than she would've otherwise. At least one slot should be reserved for mobility or immediately usable items at all times. Weigh carefully whether having a slot locked up is a threat before using her Ability. Items that are more common, such as Gumballs , Chocolate s, Stealth Candy , and Skill Check Candy can help her farm Tapes and leave more space in her inventory.

Gigi is a friendly, excitable, and easily entertained Toon that tends to playfully tease others. She is very acquisitive, constantly adding to her hoard by stealing or asking for the things of other Toons. Based on her interaction with Tisha Render , she is very untidy due to how much stuff she has. She denies stealing things (and always prefers to call it "borrowing"), though she admits it when directly asked, as seen in her interactions with Boxten Render , Rodger Render , and Astro Render . Despite this, she doesn't offer to give things back, and never agrees to stop stealing.

Although she doesn't care for sharing, as shown in her interactions with Eggson Render , and Vee Render , she can be seen encouraging other Toons to get more stuff, offering to help Bassie Render , Goob Render , and Pebble Render with this. Glisten Render calls her a bad liar. She is good friends with Flutter Render , Poppy Render , and Connie Render , and enjoys doing activities with them. She seems to be closest with Flutter, discussing matching clothes and helping her write in her diary.

Gigi is a red gachapon with a dark red rim. Her eyes are half-closed with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes on each of the lower lids. The upper half of her head is a translucent, pale blue lid that can open up. She wears a cyan sweater with a darker neckline and a yellow star on the chest. The sleeves are long and oversized, covering her hands entirely. She has dark red legs and red feet.

Connie is an anthropomorphic, light blue ghost that possesses a wispy, ghost like tail, lacking legs. A white visor rests atop of her head. Her hair is a darker shade of blue, it contains 2 parts of her bangs pointing outwards and two strands underneath to frame her face. Connie's hair is long and is just as wispy as her tail. Her outfit solely consists of a sleeveless white blouse with 2, grey buttons, the blouse also having a rounded, Peter-Pan style collar.

Connie also seems to have a sibling rivalry with her twin brother, Soulvester Render , evidenced by how in one of their dialogues she says he is "larping as a knight," and their remarks about wishing they didn't see each other for a longer period of time. She also seems to think he's too serious, while he doesn't think she's serious enough. Despite this, they don't seem to actually dislike each other, even if they do have a sibling rivalry, as Connie tells Bobette Render that Halloween should last longer. However, it is unknown if they might have an affectionate side for each other.

Connie could be considered the best survivalist Toon in the game, having the highest Stealth in the game alongside an Ability that's quite helpful against escaping dangerous Twisteds. She also has above average Extraction Speed, making her great for those who want to extract more efficiently. However, Connie possesses low mobility Statistics, that being 1 Statistics Star Movement Speed and an average Stamina capacity, along with below average Skill Check, needing some skill to play her safely.

Connie's lowest Stat, being Movement Speed, is something that should be mitigated in a way or another, as by herself, she cannot outrun most Twisteds in the game. For that reason alone, keeping Movement Speed Items like Box o' Chocolates or Speed Candy in your inventory, using Trinkets such as Pink Bow , and getting speed boosts from support Toons is a few of the the things you could do in order to make her better to move around more easily.

Due to Connie's ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons' conversations and enter their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill intentions.

In her interaction with Rodger Render , she seems annoyed and even despises her previous name, Boolynski, and berates him for this. However when the Halloween Toons call her by this name, she is more forgiving towards them, likely due to her closer bond with them, and the fact they still struggle to adjust to her new name.Focusing on her main Ability, Connie Ability Icon , one can see it's potential in helping the player out of sticky situations, such as being chased by a Twisted that Connie can't out-run (eg. Twisted Shelly Render or Twisted Toodles Render ). Her Ability is, in a way, an infinite source of Smoke Bomb , having a somewhat short cooldown with a short duration. Though great on the surface, some issues may arise from it, as it does not work on Ranged or Lethal Twisteds, so instead of using her Ability on them, hiding or avoiding being seen by any of those in the aforementioned categories can save you a life.

However, Connie is more than her Ability. In addition to having the highest Stealth in the game, she has immunity to Ichor Leaks and produces light during Blackouts, making her even better for wandering around as well as surviving during Floor Events. On top of those, her great extractability makes her great for extracting Machines that are near distractors and other Machines that are in dangerous spots, so long as you don't miss a Skill Check or more, given that the Stat is subpar. Her Ichor Puddle Immunity in general is also useful when it comes to Twisted Finn Render and Twisted Tisha Render (situationally), as their special abilities can make traversal or extraction more difficult due to the Debuffs. Orange Illness would normally be an issue, especially with Connie's 2 Star Skill Check,

Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements.[1] She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't fazed by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like Gigi Render . In particular she has a soft spot for children, never showing any snark towards them and even adoring Toodles Render ' love for her Dog Plush .

Flutter is a decent distractor Toon with above average Movement Speed and Stamina, with her low extractability Stats and mobility based Active Ability further inducing those who want to play as her to distract. The main issue with Flutter is her average Stealth, which may cause issues given that most Toons in the game either have the same or lower Stealth.
Flutter's Ability, Flutter Ability Icon , is quite useful for surviving and escaping dangerous Twisteds, such as Twisted Vee Render when she applies the SlowYellow Debuff or Twisted Pebble Render and also saving up Stamina when low at it, given the distance she gets and the amount of that's recovered during that time. Her Ability can also be used to dash away from Twisteds when Panic Mode begins, causing most of them to stay behind even with their speed buff. Do note the Ability's cooldown however, as its long enough to screw you up if you're relying on it for distance.
Since the Ability gives her 67.5 Walk Speed/77.5 Run Speed, it’ll allow her to outwalk and outrun every Twisted for less than a second, which can help her escape Twisteds like Twisted Pebble, or even max speed Twisted Dyle Render , though it’s not always the most reliable. Cutting corners with her Ability is best if you’re specifically trying to escape, as you simultaneously build distance and break line of sight.

Her dynamic with her older brother Flyte Render is that of care, understanding and fun; his constant worrying for her annoys her, but he does at least agree to not go too far with it, and despite pointing out each other's differences frequently, they love and care deeply for each other.

On her Introduction Card and her UGC Items, Flutter is described as a kind, cheerful, and caring Toon, but while interactions with some Toons adhere to the peppy traits, others reveal she actually isn't as joyous as they describe her. In fact, she easily gets frustrated over rather small things, such as still to this day being upset about the many losses she suffered on Vee Render 's Game Show (even complaining in front of Vee herself about it), abruptly whining about her troubles in front of Razzle & Dazzle Render , immediately berating Waxwell Render for jokingly talking about burning her wings, and getting upset over Boxten Render 's occasional inability to understand a currently unknown part about her, whether he was referring to her preferably silent way of communication[1] being unintelligible at times, or her emotions being difficult to read deeply and thoroughly. Cosmo Render and Blot Render tell her that she's more helpful than she comes across as initially, but is usually not credited for it, even when Toons like Astro Render compliment her endurance. Despite her tendency to be frustrated or upset, she's said to have a good sense of humor and is proficient at making others laugh, whether intentionally or not.

Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs, but she flies predominantly despite having those legs. She has two thin black antennae topped with purple hearts by the tips. She has cyan eyeshadow above her eyes and two eyelashes at the bottom of each eye. She wears a simple, light purple dress and has dark purple fur going around her neck (which is confirmed by Tisha to be part of her body). Her wings are cyan with white heart outline details on the forewings and two small hindwings stylistically connected to the larger ones. She has no visible mouth or arms. Although her torso is colored a deep purple, it is unknown whether it's a shading illusion to represent the underside of her dress, her actual torso color, or a piece of clothing.

Flutter is an outgoing friend who has a positive look on life! She loves to cheer up those around her and spread kind messages of friendship!

As a ghost, Connie enjoys floating around and having fun! Sometimes she may cause a bit of trouble for her own enjoyment yet at the end of the day, she'll be there for her friends.

Gigi is an excitable Toon who is always looking for the next fun adventure. As Gigi explores many places she often finds herself collecting fun items and souvenirs! Though she may not be one for sharing.
