An Umamusume who (according to herself) is destined to one day reach an "other world," where she will become a highly venerated saint. She is often seen saying things like, "Oh, it must all be a test, a 'test of sainthood' that I must pass to ascend to that 'world,' so I'll pass it!" while savoring a cup of coffee with milk prepared by her superior, whom she admires.

Likes: First aid, baking cookies, doing laundry.

Dislikes: Rough tissue paper.

Ears: They clearly hear the voice of the Manhattan Cafe.

Tail: It is cleaned with cold water even during the winter.

Family: She visits her mother's film sets and used to be a child actress.

Mysteries: She drinks grape juice in a wine glass as a hobby.

Red Desire, a fair-skinned Umamusume, has a long, straight-cut, deep cherry-red mane that reaches her waist. Two straight-cut strands of hair extend outward around the middle of her head. Her eyes are a pale yellow with prominent dark circles. Her face is framed on either side by her hair, with a loose strand curving outward and to the left from her bangs. A large, curly strand sticks up from the top of her head. She wears a dark red, almost gothic, headband adorned with intricate gold patterns at the top. White ruffles extend from the bottom, and two (presumably) diamond-shaped jewels peek out from beneath the headband, resting on her bangs. The headband extends down both sides of her head; the lower portion is white with gold diamonds and two five-pointed stars hanging from it with gold beads. Black lace covers the base of her left ear. Her tail is neatly gathered.

Her race outfit has a similar theme to her aforementioned accessories, with the familiar diamond and gold patterns returning. She wears a short, patterned cape, a small gold necklace that wraps around her neck, and the same teal cylindrical accessory that Manhattan Cafe wears in her right ear. The bottom of the cape has a curved black pattern around the edge, with gold diamonds visible above it. She wears a ruffled shirt under the cape, trimmed with red lace down the center. It has long sleeves that puff out before tucking into cuffs, with gold buttons on each side. White ruffled armbands rest on her arms, each with a black bow in the center. She wears a layered corset skirt, with a large white bow offset to the right in the midsection and wrapped around it, from which white and red ruffles extend.

The bow features another five-pointed star firmly in the center. Gold patterns adorn three pleats on the right side of the skirt; the innermost layer is off-black. She wears floral-patterned stockings with black ruffles at the top, held up with garters. Over the stockings, she wears calf-high socks with a dark red bow at the toe. These socks have a diamond pattern down the center, with gold laces that end at the instep. Finally, she wears simple red Mary Jane shoes with black bows along the sides of the straps.

Dream Journey is a friend who helps Red Desire with advice about international races. They both share a dream: Red Desire dreams of competing in international races to achieve glory as a saint, while Dream Journey dreams of becoming a Stay Gold.

Admire Groove - Roommates. Red Desire often prays for Admire Groove before going to sleep, much to the latter's annoyance. Despite her personality, Red Desire believes that deep down she's a good girl.

Vodka is her friend and idol. Red Desire also deeply admires her. Vodka finds her amazing, and they get along well as "outcasts." Vodka encourages Red Desire to be herself and conquer the world.

Manhattan Cafe – A friend and upperclassman. Red Desire admires her and considers her an Umamusume with the ability to perceive other worlds. Manhattan Cafe guides her and, as a long-distance runner, helps Red Desire in long races like the Japanese Oaks. Occasionally, they have coffee together.

Buena Vista: friend and rival. Although she doesn't fully understand Red Desire's quirks, Buena Vista gets along quite well with her. Red Desire considers her the "absolute hero" of the world and wants to beat her in races.

Nakayama Festa - Friend. Red Desire sees Nakayama as someone who provides her with "divine protection" since Nakayama would always take care of her.

Transcend - Friend. Occasionally, she gives Transcend snacks. Transcend is also surprised by Red Desire's hidden strength on dirt tracks, as she normally runs on grass.

Victoire Pisa - Friend. As Umamusume who strive to be kind to others, they get along very well. Red Desire finds Pisa's angelic demeanor inspiring and almost saintly, while Pisa sees her as a sweet and helpful friend. Red Desire also cares about the games they play together, actively removing connecting puzzles so Pisa won't get upset.

Tosen Jordan - Friend.

Love for coffee: She really likes the drinks at Manhattan Cafe.

Friendly: She gets along very well with other colleagues such as Victoire Pisa and Dream Journey.

Good person: She believes she is a kind girl at heart.

Delusions of another world: He thinks that daily problems are "tests of the saint" that he must pass in order to ascend.
