In that world, good and evil are VERY strongly defined.
So much so that there are more heroes besides Wally in the world
so much so that there are strong and evil villains

It's so widespread that there's an academy solely for villains, and even an island where the secret villain organization is located, providing weapons of destruction, "hero takedown" services, and more. Wally only knows rumors about this villain academy, but it's so well hidden that no one who isn't a villain knows where it is.

But for the good of humanity, there's also a World Hero Organization, of which Wally is already a member. This organization offers support to heroes and is planning to build its own academy for people with powers to train them to become heroes.

Rainbow Petal: She is a heroine and a rainbow monster; the difference is that she managed to develop her power to a very strong level, managing to create giant flowers.
Outside of her heroic persona, Rainbow Petal is a girl named Julie who works as a psychologist.

Giant Paw: He is a dog hybrid, but he has the ability to transform into an anthropomorphic animal, becoming much stronger and taller. His power is super strength, and he is almost immune to any blow.
Heroism aside, he's just Barnaby, a bar comedian

In Wally's universe, humans as such don't exist, but there are different species.

Puppets: These are among the most common. They're quite similar to humans, though their skin color comes in a wide variety of shades. They don't have organs of flesh and blood; they're made of fabric and cotton... but that's a very murky subject.

Rainbow monsters: They are slightly taller people, most have horns, and are linked to nature by nature-related powers—but most of them don't know how to develop their powers—

Hybrids: there's not much to say, hybrids can range from ordinary animals to mythical ones. Furthermore, they aren't always the typical hybrids with animal ears and tails; some can be considered anthropomorphic animals.

Normal appearance: He has yellow skin, blue hair, is somewhat short in stature, and usually wears a blue sweater and colorful striped pants.

Hero appearance: He wears a blue suit with a red cape, white boots, and matching gloves. He often styles his hair differently to disguise his identity, although he doesn't like to change his hairstyle.

During a university field trip to a laboratory, Wally separated from the group for a very stupid reason.
He LOVES, ADORES, and is CRAZY about apples, so when he saw an apple in the lab he thought, "How bad could it be? It's just an apple!"

Despite how obvious it was that the apple shouldn't be eaten, Wally grabbed it and ate it throughout the entire excursion.

When he got home, he felt so dizzy that he fainted. When he woke up, he felt strangely strong, more agile and faster... He soon realized it: he had superpowers. How did he figure it out? Because he levitated an armchair just by looking at it.

One of his friends, Frank, noticed this during a casual visit. So he helped Wally get tests done to find out what was wrong with him. Frank was immediately excited by the idea, so much so that he jokingly made Wally a superhero costume out of special materials.

But when Wally saw that, he didn't hesitate any longer... he would become a hero

Biography: Wally is an unemployed painter who gets a job interview as a progress illustrator at the research center where Frank works, where he accidentally gets a radioactive apple that bites him, granting him powers such as super strength, agility, the ability to fly and enhancing his eye ability by adding telekinesis, with which he defends the citizens of Hometown from the ink threads and AppleCord.
Fun fact: AppleWink's boots make him look a little taller than he is to help protect his identity.
Character traits: Kind, caring, protective, brave in his hero form, mostly pacifist (if pacifism doesn't work, he will use force in the name of peace)
