According to his own friends, he's a VERY loud and impulsive guy. He speaks however and whenever he wants, and he's often incredibly rude. If a friend (or a random person) falls, he's the first to laugh. Despite being the very definition of a bad person, he does care about his friends (in his own way, but he does).
His way of expressing emotions is very exaggerated and even a bit bipolar; he's perfectly capable of going from absolute euphoria to rage in seconds. He can also be egocentric, sometimes acting purely for his own amusement. Behind all that craziness, however, he can be empathetic and sensible, even kind, and a good problem solver.

Lookout is a dark-skinned boy with short brown hair and eyes that alternate between purple and blue. The whites of his eyes (the sclera) are a reddish hue (due to tobacco and drug use). He's tall, about 6'1", and has a muscular build (though not overly muscular, just enough for his muscles to be moderately visible under his shirt). He wears an orange beanie with a white diagonal grid pattern and a blue arrow on the front, a turquoise short-sleeved t-shirt, blue pants, and brown walking shoes.

• He's the kind of friend who, if you drop your ice cream, will laugh until he's breathless, but will buy you another one.

• Goes to the gym
• His most characteristic phrase/word is "Let's go", he says it very often (although not ALL the time)
• He likes Jojo's Bizarre Adventures (anime series)

According to what is shown in Obsession and the official rules of One Wish Willow itself, it works like this:
How does it work?
A single wish is spoken aloud, then the twig is broken in half; this act activates the wish.

A wish cannot be undone or changed. Once granted, it is done.

Each person can only use one Willow in their entire lifetime. Using another Willow does not grant a second wish or modify the previous one.

Things that he/she cannot grant
The Willow has four explicit limitations:
Immortality, resurrecting the dead, manipulating time, creating more One Wish Willows

And there is one VERY important detail:
The Willow doesn't seem to interpret the user's intentions; it interprets the words of the wish. That's why a seemingly innocent phrase can have consequences completely different from what the person intended. The product's own warning states that misinterpretations are possible and that the user assumes the consequences.

For example:

"I want X to love me."

It doesn't necessarily mean "I want a healthy and consensual relationship with X," it could be fulfilled simply by making X feel a disproportionate and obsessive love.

The Willow comes presented as a cheap, mass-produced item, inside a retro-style box. It doesn't have a truly majestic or supernatural appearance; its charm lies precisely in its somewhat ridiculous gift-like feel. Inside the box is a small sprig of willow wood. The packaging includes instructions for removing it and making a wish. The presentation even plays a sort of festive/distorted tune when the box is opened, as if it were a gag toy.
