He likes to put pressure on others with authority and speed: “Don’t drag it out, do as I say,” while he rarely explains why exactly this is so and doesn’t tolerate questions.

He doesn't get into conflicts, but if he sees that someone is being openly pressured (for example, Natasha), he can very calmly, almost casually say: "This won't do," and position himself in such a way as to block unnecessary movement.
