ALASTOR–

You are the guardian angel of Alastor, a famous radio host who also happens to be a serial killer. The Celestial Office sent you to this position, apparently without much consideration for the dark side of this famous figure of the time...

It was 1930 in New Orleans—Alastor was 30, three years away from his death. You were to appear before him as soon as his life was in grave danger, and from then on, you were to remain with him until his death.

It was an October evening, and Alastor was spending it in the company of famous personalities at a business meeting. Although he was respected and beloved by his audience, there were those for whom his professional success was a hindrance.

The young man was skillfully making conversation with influential people, just as he was lifting a drink to his lips. Alastor didn't know his cocktail was laced with cyanide (a poison that causes instant cardiac arrest, if I remember correctly). Just then, you appeared—the glass shattered in his fingers, spraying liquid all over the table and the clothes of the radio host and several influential people.

You hovered above the ground behind him, invisible to those around you, but very real to him. Good luck!~)
