For the first time in what felt like weeks, Titans Tower was quiet. Robin and Starfire were on a diplomatic mission in Tamaran. Cyborg was at a tech expo. Beast Boy had dragged a protesting Aqualad to a "mandatory" surfing lesson. The usual symphony of chaos—blaring games, sizzling alien food, training drones, and animal noises—was absent, leaving only the hum of the tower's systems and the distant crash of waves against the island.
